First time being in this store and i have to say i am very impressed with the service i received. Mikayla immediately greeted me and answered all of my questions. She is very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend her to anyone going there.

My 1st shopping experience at YSS Vermilion was very helpful. The staff Jasmine was very informed, gave me all the info I needed and helped me pick out what I was looking for. She was very friendly and professional overall satisfied with her customer service and the stores selection.

Every time I have been to the store, everyone has been professional, very polite and welcoming. They have always explained things thoroughly. One employee in particular, Mikayla, is never rude, never made you feel like you aren’t welcome and is always cheerful and smiling.

I've heard some not good things about this place.. however, when I was in today the store was clean, stocked, and they had the friendliest team member to assist me! We laughed, she helped me with my order and made shopping a breeze! 10/10 customer service from Tara!

They followed the regulations and were very respectful of my time as I needed the assistance. Kayleen took the time to make me feel welcome and because of this I will come back. I am very impressed with the professionalism I received in this store. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Mikayla and she helped me answer all of my questions! I was in and out of the store in a matter of minutes! If you are looking for something specific and need help with anything I would definitely recommend Mikayla. 10/10 service and I will definitely be going back!
