Palki Restaurant
Characteristic restaurant and very attentive service with explanations on the type of ingredients and combinations according to tradition. I really like the Indian cuisine (especially the lamb) and it will be a point of reference for the next time I return to Vancouver. Very varied menu, even for vegetarians. The prices are very affordable considering the excellent quality of the food.

Food and service of a high standard. One dish better than the next, from the starter to the curry to the biryani rice a true triumph of flavours and relaxation. We enjoyed everything slowly and were carried away by the accompanying Indian music. The service staff explained to us the details of each dish and how best to enjoy it. Highly recommended

Delicious food, each dish an explosion of more or less unfamiliar flavours some truly capable of surprising you, this is true Indian cuisine, second only to their hospitality capable of making you feel like family at lunch/dinner. They also offer take-away service and we will definitely order from home as well. 5 stars to Palki restaurant!

One of the best Indian restaurants. Our experience at Palki was nothing short of fantastic. The food was great, you could taste and smell the delicious spices. The girl who served us was very kind, she even recommended some dishes for us to order as it was our first time. We had a really pleasant evening, we recommend it to everyone!!!

I have been to India a few dozen times and I am a fan of gastronomy and Indian cuisine in particular, so with good reason I can judge whether an Indian restaurant is worth it or not. In all sincerity, Palki restaurant offers truly excellent dishes. Everything is truly excellent, not to mention the service and kindness of the staff who suggest the various specialities on a rich and varied menu. The meat is very tender, and the desserts are also very good.Absolutely worth a visit. I suggest it, convinced to give a good recommendation

We did our research and it paid off! This place was fabulous, we got to try new dishes and savor our old favorites too. The butter chicken wasn't over creamy, and it helped the spice and flavor stand out as a result. The service was outstanding (please note we sat down later just after 8pm), the attentive staff was helpful, kind, informative and did not miss a beat. I loved that the dishes kept the meal hot, a true attestation to their service level. The wedding turbans at the entry were beautiful, the background on the name of the restaurant endearing (can you find it?). This will be a place we gladly share to others and worth the short trek north out of the city.

Had Indian lunch buffet yesterday. Every dish tastes deliciously different from the other. Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, Vegetable dish, Dal, Beef dish, Pakora. All great dishes..mmm good.

One of the best Indian restaurants in North Vancouver - perhaps the best, because I can’t think of any others. We’ve gone here a few times for takeout, but this time we dined and ate from the buffet. Not as much selection as you’d see in larger Indian restaurants, but enough to fill your plate. Cost was $20.95/person because it was a weekend/holiday (weekdays are cheaper).

Palki Restaurant
Paki is without doubt the best Indian restaurant in North Vancouver. We made a reservation and there were four of us. We opted for the buffet lunch, a marvel! The butter chicken is something spectacular. Super good desserts too. The service is fast and friendly and you can feel the excellent quality of the ingredients. We'll be back!
