Overpriced, no indication of what the prices will be, just one pathetic capture and it's done. Just stupid in every way.

Very friendly and good customer service. It was busy and there’s only 1 lady handling them all. Got my business headshots done here, really liked them. Look forward to use this company for outdoor photo shoots.

Pooja is a super friendly and nice person. My Dad had a great time getting his pictures taken. They turned out amazing! Would definitely recommend.

Went in to get my daughters 6 week old photos. We selected the photos from their computer with the photographer, which looked subpar, but was hard to tell on the screen. After printing them the colour and quality look like they were taken by a 80s camcorder at best. They are very unfocused and very off colour. We then sent an email to customer service. This company did not have the courtesy to respond even though we requested them to. I will never use this company again and would never recommend anyone go here. Waste of money

Went for passport photos. Wish we knew that they were about $27 per person instead of the $5-7 charged at other places. Staff member did a GREAT job with our photos, even detecting some minute shadows that might pose a problem. We were told that for newborn passport photos, the infant must be held sitting up, without parent's hands visible (which is pretty near impossible if you're holding her neck). Passport Canada website clearly states for newborn babies

We were late for a 10am appointment but our photographer was super pleasent and we made up the time quickly getting portraits of our daughters. The pictures turned out great, would use them again.

They are good . It was fast service they just took 10 min and I was done . Mostly they are free and charge 20$

I was so disappointed! Our school photos did not turn out so we decided to get them done through Photos unlimited. I was very clear to the woman that these were to be school photo looking so we could send them out to family. Instead she went through their usual poses and in the end when I asked for the sitting pose she told me she did it and I didn't like it. She did one and yes I did not like it. She could have done 12 shots of a sitting pose and I'm sure I could have found one I liked but she was too busy trying to up sell me on future sessions. Besides that there was no engagement to make my son laugh or giggle, I started to when I realized she was not going to. I do not recommend this company for any school retakes parents are looking for.

Walked in for passport pics with kids, was told $29.97When I expressed that this was high priced was told its the price, so I said it is what it is.When being handed pics I noticed a sign that said $9.97 passport all the girl would say it's our policy and that's Walmart price $9.97 not ours. I felt deceived and found this customer service lacking.
