Terrible service . I ordered online , waited almost an hour before calling . I was told they wait at least an hour for online delivery before making the food .... Something to do with possible other orders . They said there was currently no delivery and asked if I wanted them to start making my food .

My wife and I went there because she love their spaghetti. I ordered a 12 and asked to have it lightly cooked. When I received my pizza it was burnt and pointed it out to the waitress. She offered to get another one and I told her I was not waiting another 20 minutes. I was not going to watch my wife eat and when the pizza arrived my wife could watch me eat. It was so dark the meat was hard with burnt edges. The waitress took off three dollars off our bill (big deal). I always bring my leftover to bring for my lunch the next day. That day I left it behind as the pizza was awful. I wont be going back there anytime soon."

Just like 1996 when I went as a child. The addition of scores is very nice as we enjoy the salad bar. A little on the small side inside that restaurant but still a good healthy option. Pizza sauce as a sweet taste that I feel was characteristic of the brand.Kids loved the garlic bread!

Food tasted great. Everything was fresh and hot food served hot. Salad nice crispy and cold. The restaurant was very clean. Bathrooms very clean and polished down. Service was good as well. I gave it four star instead of five only because of the quality of ingredients. I asked for guacamole and it wasn’t made fresh. It was the packaged kind you get from the grocery store. Also the pasta sauce was nothing extravagant. Pasta sauce probably out of the can as well. But otherwise, clean, hot and kind staff.

I ordered a uncooked garlic finger and it was like a pancake with holes. It was paper thin with hardly any cheese and had literal holes everywhere.

The atmosphere is so cozy as soon as you walk through the doors. Greeted by amazing staff who go out of their way to make the experience a successful one!Food was good, chef even custom made something just for me as I'm allergic to tomatoes.Has a kids menu that is AWESOME! Dessert even comes with it. They put smiles on those kids faces. They decorate their food just for them!!Quick service all around. Will definitely go back and highly recommend it!!

The customer service over the phone (and in person) is fantastic. I appreciate that they take time to see if my order will work with any current deals. And they haven't messed up any orders. The pizza itself is incredibly tasty, although sometimes can be a little undercooked (but still good).

16 of us went in for a late lunch on our way to PEI. Ordered the seafood and the works. Everyone loved them. Seafood was a great hit with the kids. Very creamy. The vegetarians ordered a vege pizza and they were happy with their food too. I liked the stand with the candle they use to keep the pizza on. It adds to the whole experience.
