Nazanin's pilates and yoga classes are wonderful. She really knows what she's doing in both disciplines and she's an excellent teacher. Definitely worth trying some classes! We're lucky to have her in Mount Albert!

Naz provides a very welcoming environment. I instantly felt comfortable in both her mindfulness circle and yoga classes! I felt peaceful and calm when I left. Naz is a bright light on the darkest of days...thank you for your positive spirit!

I love coming to Nazanin for Pilates for Yoga! Her positive, encouraging energy is infectious! She is very knowledgeable and always ensures you are doing the poses and exercises correctly. I am thrilled to have found her studio!!!
