Excellent clinic. We brought our Australian Sheppard puppy two years ago to this clinic and had a very pleasant experience. Honestly, were a bit skeptical before we got there. But receptionist, doctor Goldstein literally everyone smiling and willing to help. Thank you Ashley specially!!. Would definitely recommend this is our go-to" clinic."

I am delighted with my experience so far! I brought my two cats in for the first time for vaccinations. All staff members were very kind and caring. Dr Hani was very attentive, thorough, caring and explained in detail his conclusions and how he arrived at them. Dr Hani asked us lots of questions and gave us the chance to ask anything ourselves. No waiting time, reservations worked perfectly. Costs are better than downtown Toronto. 10/10 would recommend.

All staff are kind, they respond to voicemails and call back within same business day, they have good availability. They informed that there are no hidden or surprise charges (eg. extra cost for tooth extractions after a cleaning/surgery) because they are transparent from the beginning.Context: Malcolm was limping off his hind right leg and Meeka has a few issues to review (eye discharge, gingivitis). Photos show some before and after.Dr. Mak is passionate about animal care, provides thorough assessment, and details the treatment plan instructions well. Follow-up was great when I had questions based on the changing situation at home; even when Dr. Mak was off, the other vet stepped in to answer questions and provide guidance quite clearly.This clinic is among the top 2 that I have been to in 5 years. I highly recommend them based on their great service!

Dr Goldstein has taken care of my pups Maddie & Angel for their entire 15 years. My partner and I trust him especially with our pup Brody who is the baby and last addition to our family since we are much older now. We cant picture going to any other Dr. The entire staff at Markham Animal Hospital are professional, patient and thoughtful. First time visiting a vet for our dear kitten Luna's spaying. Dr. Goldstein, Hani and the rest of the staff took excellent care of her. Responsive and detailed instructions post surgery. We did have some issues post surgery thinking Luna had split her stitches (she didn't), wasn't pooping first 2-3 days, and some swelling at the incision site. The doctors and staff made time to see us free of charge, through their busy schedule and helped assuage our worries.

This has been my family's go-to vet clinic since 1996. Our animals are always treated with the utmost care and attention. Dr. Goldstein and the rest of the staff are super knowledgeable and professional.Our 65 lb American Bully went in for a spay 3 days ago and her incision has been healing beautifully since.

Dr Goldstein has been my cat Jamie vet since 2018 and I trust him completely with my cat's Healthcare. Jamie is 15 years old now a bit Grumpy amd Dr Goldstein understands his temperament. Thank you for providing 15 years of outstanding care for Jamie.
