Stromboli's Brick Oven Pizza

I ordered a meatball sandwich a year ago they gave me the wrong sandwich. Not thinking about it i bit into it. Realizing it was the wrong order i went back to get my actual order. They made me pay again like it was my fault for getting the wring order. I recently came back to get the Texas gold hot wings went home i take a bite out of it. It had zero spice to it and a hint of sugary glaze to it. Do they get a lot of orders wrong? How do I come back a year later and they still mess things up. When it hits… it’s pretty good, but this is ridiculous…

Had my partner grab me a panzerotti from here. They asked her to look at it and because they threw so much parm and pizza spice on top she couldn't tell it was burned black. Called the restaurant and they asked me to text them pics which I did. The lady was like well your friend said it was ok so to bad. Nice business! Disgusting!!! Won't ever order from here again. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Love the brick oven sauce here! Walk in special is a great deal....Edit: Sept 28th 2019Absolutely love this place. Brick oven sauce is my favourite. Wow amazing pizza. I have been a loyal customer of another pizza place in town until I got to try it last week. ordered one today and I am hooked and I am very picky with pizza just absolutely amazing

Ask for brick oven sauce. Best pepperoni and cheese. It's deep but soft with a good crunch. Price was decent too.

I ordered a panzarotti with ham, mushroom and black olives. The inside of the panzarotti was cold and uncooked. We spit out the food mid chew. It definitely did not taste very good. Even the sauce used was sour and did not taste good at all.

Their food has taken a major hit as well as their customer service. Unseasoned wings are extremely bland but we're told they're seasoned.. They need better seasonings if that's the case! For the amount of money we as customers pay, we deserve quality food! Oh and, a 3.7 rating is 'high praise'?? Okay, keep your standards low and you'll never completely fail then..*In Response*Nope, never asked for refund of pizza, just wings. The rest were on our plates (uneaten by the way with the exception of one from each plate, which is how we know there wasn't any type of seasonings on them, not even salt. Try taste not sight next time!) when your staff asked us to take a picture of them to *see* if they were seasoned or not. You never tried to 'make things right', just told us we were wrong... We asked for Dry Rub CAJUN wings, nothing Cajun about those!!! Get better seasonings and you might just get a few less complaints. You're welcome for the picture and I'm sure your other potential customers will thank me as well

I was introduced to Brick Oven after moving to Brantford in the 90's. Back then it was in the plaza on Paris Rd at Tollgate.After moving to Hanover, I had the occasion to stop by Brantford and would grab a couple pizzas to go, and subsequently saddened when they eventually closed.After I don't know how many years and a move to Kitchener, I was surprised to find out that Stromboli's had obtained the Brick Oven signature sauce.I now drive from Kitchener to Brantford on regular occasion to pick up some Brick Oven pizza and I am never disappointed!!!They have a GREAT SPECIAL 1 Medium Pizza with 2 toppings for $9. Can't go wrong with extra cheese and pepperoni and that sauce.... Wow!We tried their wings tonight and I was not at all disappointed, still favor the Jack Astor's wings but Stromboli's makes a solid (and large) chicken wing, the mild sauce is delicious.So glad Stromboli's kept the Brick Oven alive and come picnic season I'm definitely adding wings to our order.

I came in after work a few night ago and bought 2 xl pizzas when I got home the there was a small amount of cheese and one of the toppings was missing and for the money I paid I would of thought that there would have been a generous amount of the toppings. Also thr pizza was Burt. I tried to call back but the store had closed so I posted a google review hoping to hear back from the store and I was hoping to be offered a meal replacement credit but I have no heard anything from the store. I most likely won't be dealing with them again.
