Great items but unfriendly service. Disappointed. Was not greeted after 20 min in store. When I asked a question the response was quick and seemed cold. Wanted to buy another item but couldn't quite reach and see sizes. ..asked for help and again was quick to say don't think we have small without helping to look...even though the same item was in four different patterns I liked. Said screw it. Only purchased the items I had because of 70% or so off couldn't pass that up.

Was greeted when we walked in, young lady was wonderful to work with!But as I was in the fitting room I could hear someone getting into trouble for displaying the clothes wrong.Instead of the manager getting mad and telling her how it should be. You should try giving some positive reinforcement by showing your staff what to do instead of making a scene where the customers can see and hear.Treat people how you would want to be treated!!!!!!!

Poor customer service from the Manager Ray. Very rude and obnoxious. I feel bad for the staff who work for her at the Oshawa center.

Absolutely awful company to deal with. Do not waste your time or money.They don't let you return online items in their store...even though they sell the same items...and they do not provide return labels so you'll be paying at minimum $20 to return any items. They do not respond to complaints or even emails. And no contact number. I believe they are going out of business with all the sales they have, and that makes total sense. Awful customer service and awful company as a whole.
