We have been trying for a month to get our domain out of this company's management. We have sent 4 emails, left a multitude of voicemails at their both of their customer service numbers as well as employee direct lines. There has been zero follow up or acknowledgement of our requests, however monthly billing still gets charged. Sadly we are having to resort to public facing means in order to get our website control back. Proceed with caution if considering their services.

I've had the opportunity to work with POD on a few occasions both with my full time career and my consulting business. They have done everything from Landing Page Design, Video Design, Animations, Search Engine Marketing and hopefully soon a few more avenues.
