He took the time to address all my inquiries in a patient manner and ensured that I was content with the service provided before I left the service center. I like the work they have done on my Mini Copper S 2015 model for a regular service maintenance. Sophia Service Advisor was kind enough to accommodate even I was 1 hour late from appointment time.I have spent $1000 but the car was not washed but the engine bay. I would appreciate if it was washed outside at least.

The total cost was very reasonable and thanks to the young lady who returned my keys and, again, was very pleasant (sorry I couldn't see your name tag!). In total, an awesome place with great people to serve you.

I use MINI Oakville for all of my Mini Cooper needs. The service gets better EVERY time! I would definitely recommend this location for all of your car's special needs! I always bring my mini to this location! The service is great and friendly. Dylan is very helpful, reliable and trusting. There’s always a quick turn around time, so I know I won’t have to wait too long for my car to be fixed.

Everyone working at this Dealership is very helpful and friendly. From my Service Advisor Dylan, to my Parts Specialist Evan, to the Mechanics and the Receptionists (sorry, I don't know all of your names). They all want the Customer to have the best experience. My only concern is that it is difficult to reach the Service department by phone. When I call, I have to leave a message. My phone calls are always returned but I would like to see a dedicated person answering the phone. I was a Customer of another Mini Service department for years and left them for this very reason (actually they did not answer the phone nor did they return phone calls). I requested to discuss my concern with the Service Manager but they were unable to meet with me, at my last service appointment. I hope thst by reading my review, they will have someone dedicated to answering the phone. If that happens, I would say that this is definitely a 5 star Service department/dealership.

Excellent experience buying a MINI from this dealership. The sales staff were knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful in making the process go smoothly. I love the MINI community and feel supported for any future visits for service to keep things in shape. The design and handling of this MINI is exactly what I was wanting - it’s a delightful car.
