There is a huge discrepancy with Enbridge and energy worx it’s been almost 7 months and I’m playing cat and mouse games with Enbridge to get my rebate for insulation upgrades.Now Enbridge is saying energy worx need to send modifications to complete this audit -This is a total farce- I’m never gonna do a government incentive program again

more than 2 monts since my post-retrofit evaluation, and they promised I'd have my results and documents send over to Greener home loan when I was contact for payment.They never submit the documents for the post retrofit and still waiting for that documents to process loan approval and finance.**update**documents have been submit yesterday and I can finally complete the Greener home loan/ finance application.Beside forgetting to submit the final documents, I did have a good service from Energy Wrex Corp.

Jerry Chen scheduled a visit to evaluate my home within a week of contacting him after another company made me wait for 8+ months, jacked up the price, then canceled last minute. As I did upgrades and CGH's program changed, I reached out to Jerry on several occasions to answer any questions I had and explain the process. He came today to perform the post-retrofit and, as always, was friendly, helpful and patient. He also kept the original price. I definitely recommend Jerry at Energy Werx if you are thinking of participating in Canada Greener Homes or a similar program.

A special thank you to Shannon in the office who helped me process the forms and downloads that the Greener Homes required in order to receive a grant. I couldn’t have done it without her. We were delighted with the service of Marcia Haggerty in the office and Max, the energy auditor. From the start, Marcia walked us through the application process to apply for a grant and Max explained all energy questions regarding our house. We've been very satisfied with the excellent service Energy Werx has provided to date.

DO NOT USE IF YOU’RE APPLYING FOR THE GREENER HOMES GRANT. I had a very two-sided experience with the company. I wanted to apply for the greener homes grant so I needed a pre-retrofit evaluation and then a post-retrofit evaluation. Both evaluation results need to be submitted by Energywerx to the Greener Homes website. Scheduling with them was easy and prompt, and the technician who came on site was very professional on both visits. That said, getting the company to submit the results to the greener homes website (a requirement of the work) delayed the project for many many weeks. If you are just looking for an evaluation and nothing more, I do recommend them. If you’re needing them to submit results for the greener homes grant, please look elsewhere. To put it in perspective, it was twice as fast getting the Canadian government to go over my paperwork and send me the grant, than it was for Energywerx to simply submit upload their results.

We had an excellent experience with Energy Werx! We are in a rural community and when we needed the evaluation on short notice, the office was happy to accomodate. Communication was fantastic with Cristin Tchir, who helped us to navigate the process of the Government Grant process and saving us valuable time. We were particularly impressed with Russ Ingvardsen, our evaluator as well. He was knowledgeable, thorough and very respectful of our home and of our space. His advice is immeasurable and his time so appreciated! Thank you all for helping guide us toward a better future home!

I just participated in the Green Homes program. Jay Barrett did the pre and post energy audit and was very professional and knowledgeable just a pleasure to deal with answered all my questions with confidence. Shannon at the office was so helpful with paper work and upload progress to the Green Homes program, I could have done it without her help. The whole process has been successfully completed. While the tech has not yet been out to my house to complete the evaluation, so far I am very impressed! Aleshia contacted me and was so great to work with. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. She made it a very pleasant experience and is a real asset to the company. I will amend my review if anything goes sideways, but we are off to an excellent start. I run a department of folks in customer service and I have 20 years experience - I am hard to please so just know you’re in good hands!

I don’t usually write reviews on Google but I received exceptional service from Matt (Vancouver) today. He was organized, tidy, knowledgeable, and polite. He didn’t just provide an assessment but took the time to teach me about my home and how to take care of it. Thanks Matt.
