Bought a rod with a manufacturer defect under warranty. Emailed multiple times over months with no response, called multiple provided numbers and no answer, no call back, no service. Very unprofessional.

Well i tried calling Pure fishing to ask some questions about returning my fenwick, after being told to to contact them from the american office. From their phone system i got directed to the american line to Fenwick, and after calling back twice got sent to various depts... that never answered. Great customer service people. Not. I know that warranty is an ugly word and no one wants to back them up, but when you buy a product that has a name you respect and get directed to the office north of the border, the least you can do is support us. Not impressed.

I first contacted Fenwick for warranty on a rod that I broke. The damage was my fault so I assumed my next purchase would be at a discount and not a replacement rod. Fenwick wasn't quick to respond to emails but after calling them we seemed to get the ball rolling. However, after following instructions and sending everything asked via email there was still no reply except an automated one that said warranty resolved. This was April 2022. To my pleasent surprise, I received a brand new replacement this past week and couldn't be happier as these rods are constantly sold out. The 4 stars is because I was super happy with the rod but I do wish the communication was a bit better.

Was difficult to get in touch with Pure Fishing, but when I was finally able to speak with someone concerning my warrantied fishing rod, they were of great help, and very quick to help resolve.Please recognize Seray for their excellent job servicing my case. I will continue to purchase brands operated by Pure Fishing as a result of the good experience.Thank you for your help

If I could give fenwick 0 stars I would. They make good rods but their warranty process is terrible. Had a rod break in June of 2021. Luckily I have back up rods otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to finish out my season. Was told my rod would come by December of 2021 (absolutely disgraceful imo) it’s now January 2022 and I still don’t have a rod or even an email from them. Will be switching out to a different company.

Bought a fly rod of them at the fishing show and the case was not with the rod. They shipped the case to my house within 2 days. Super happy with the service, rod and shipping.
