Today, we decided to purchase movie tickets for a family outing. Once we arrived at the Wellington St location, we noticed a large group of other families waiting outside the cinema. Apparently, the staff all called in sick except ONE employee named Emma. This employee, or should I say manager, as I was informed by another customer. She went above and beyond to the entire that even though it was late opening. All the families in attendance were able to enjoy their outings. She even ran the concession stand, took tickets, and was extremely polite and professional.100% hats off to this manager Emma, you are one of the best managers of an establishment that I have even had the pleasure of meeting.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Imagine Cinemas, and I must say that it was an outstanding movie experience from start to finish! From the moment I stepped foot into the theater, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, which set the tone for an enjoyable evening.The first thing that impressed me was the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire facility. The theater was immaculate, and the seats were comfortable and well-maintained.The picture and sound quality at Imagine Cinemas were top-notch. The screens were large and vibrant, and the audio was crisp and immersive, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the film.

We liked. You buy tickets yourself, it's very convenient. Climbing higher on the escalator, you can buy popcorn and drinks. 6 halls equipped with good, comfortable chairs. the sound is average, does not strain the ears. Even after watching a long movie, you will not get tired.

Good movie theater with reclining seats that are comfortable. The food and drink prices are reasonable, discounts for senior citizens. The parking is free. A little bit confusion to find out the way in the mall to the movie auditoriums. Overall good experience. What really amazed me that I saw a malayalam movie just released 5 days back in India!

Two stars for comfort and zero stars for movie selection for those of us that are not children and teens. Where are the adult movies. Used to be you could drop your kids off to watch the kid stuff and go and see a movie with substance, not super heroes and kiddie stuff. Bring back adult content.

Unfriendly staff, the theatre screen is so dirty and very obvious when you are watching the movie. They were far better before, but now they are deteriorating.

Although the overall cleanliness of the cinema was decent, the condition of the restrooms left much to be desired. It was clear that they were not well-maintained, with dirty floors and a lack of supplies like paper towels or soap. This aspect of the theater experience was quite underwhelming and could use some improvement.Despite this minor setback, I would still recommend Imagine Cinemas in London, Ontario, as the positives far outweigh the negatives. The theater provides a pleasant movie-watching experience with its comfortable seating, impressive audiovisual quality, and accommodating staff. I hope that the management takes note of the bathroom issue and addresses it promptly to further enhance the overall experience for moviegoers.I look forward to visiting Imagine Cinemas again in the future and enjoying another fantastic movie experience.
