I bring my car for a recall .I deal with Nancy.. they return my car they didn’t want money pump was not there. And a few days later they charge me for the pump. since they didn’t provide me with the pump, I don’t think so Tay replace it.They didn’t return the pump and they charge me for it. they very unprofessional. They got no clue what they doing. I wouldn’t ever to the business with them. Nancy, that’s the worst Menadzer service provider I ever half with Mercedes plus they return my car and clean. Also, they put the lien on my car. They also did the pollution. I also deal. Luiz Service Manager. he supposed to provide me with paperwork. He didn’t now I have to deal directly with Mercedes-Benz Canada.. terrible service

It's only been about a month since I got my vehicle back from the Mercedes Langley dealership. Unfortunately, the check engine light, and the emergency brake light went on, only after 3 weeks of getting it back from the Mercedes shop; which was sent in to do a brake job (and took them over a week to complete). I called the manager(Steve) to inform him of what was happening so soon after purchasing and being in the Mercedes shop, and they have refused to help out in anyway of getting it assessed. I was promised a call back many times with some sort of compensation in regards to the poor customer service that I received by multiple managers. Yet it is a month later and I still haven't received any acknowledgment or justification as to why I am being treated and continuing to be treated the way I am, regardless of purchasing a vehicle from them even after. I have called many times and requested to speak to Steve and only for him to pick up after I called several times.I purchased this vehicle as a gift for my wife who just had our second child, and purchased from a well known dealership thinking it would be reliable and I wouldn't have issues as you would when purchasing privately. However, it seems I am having many more troubles going through this dealership.Starting with discrimination and escalating with poor service and no liability on their part.Despite our vehicle going through Mercedes professional inspection, yet they sold me a vehicle which has various issues and came back within days for multiple road safe issues.

I would recommend Raj as your only salesperson. Honest, trustworthy, and 100% client focused. This is exactly what you want when you are dealing with Mercedes Benz. If every salesperson showed the compassion and knowledge Raj has, MB would be worth more than Apple and Amazon combined. Don’t waste your time and go directly to Raj and maybe then you’ll be as happy as my mother who was truly amazed at receiving her New GLE. This does not include all the extra stuff Raj provided for us. For sure no matter where we are we are only going to buy a car from Raj.

This was the worst experience ever in purchasing our first new car.We felt very neglected, ignored and very unprofessionally taken care of. We were left with false promises, an unroadworthy vehicle and due to our very sensitive circumstances, I felt they didn't care, or take into consideration our situation and left us questioning the purchase of our vehicle.When only threatening to return and take our business elsewhere is when they started becoming communicative; before this, I was calling nearly twice a day for the first week before getting any returned calls. Unfortunately this is even after speaking to their finance manager a few days after purchasing and explaining the service that we received upon first coming in and the lack of communication we got. We felt we were judged and discriminated against because of our ethnicity, and skin colour, all the employees including the receptionist were very short with us. They didn't even offer to help or welcome us upon entering until my husband went to the receptionist an hour later realizing that nobody was going to come help or assist us and this is after my husband had called the dealership so many hours prior to us visiting the dealership.

My 2015 B250 4matic has 85000km on it and it runs beautifully. I love this car! Considered trading it in but decided to wait on the full MB electric fleet to roll out. My warranty has expired but I wouldn’t consider bringing it anywhere but the Langley MB service department. It is a misconception that repairs are more expensive at an official dealer. You get experts that know these vehicles inside out. Only MB parts installed. I had an issue with the eco mode which was resolved by replacing the auxiliary battery. Service Advisor Ian Chou has looked after me the last 7 years. Always straight forward and timely with the updates on what is going on and recommendations on the issues needing resolved. I trust him and I let him just do what needs to get done. Having a car in the shop is always frustrating so it’s so important to let the experts in service department do their job. I wouldn’t think of taking my car anywhere else.My yearly maintenance visits will continue to be done at MB Langley. They know my car! They’ve maintained it for going on 8 years.The fleet of MB courtesy cars is outstanding and having one to drive is a thrill and takes away some of the inconvenience of your car being in the shop. Well done team!
