Very helpful. I’ve been very happy with them over the years - I do all my servicing there and have had a good experience. I have had one issue with ball bearings and they fixed them in a timely manner. They are also friendly and explain things well.

I bought a used Infiniti from the dealership late last year. It was a higher mileage car out of warranty but had impeccable records and was maintained at the dealership it’s entire life by one owner. The inspection report was detailed & all issues rectified before I bought it.A week goes by and the check engine light came on. Needless to say I wasn’t happy but I called in and was asked to bring the car back. Now unfortunately this car was in the shop 4 times as they worked through the problem. Infiniti’s are known later in their life to have issues with their Variable Valve Timing and this was the problem with my car.They methodically worked their way through the various components and replaced everything leaving the most expensive job to the end hoping each successive fix would resolve the problem.In the end it turned out to be the biggest possible problem I could have. They took care of us at every step of the process. Our Sales guy and the service manager (Johnny) were awesome. They stood by their product and made it right for us.Now I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone that they do business with this Dealership. I will definitely do business with them again and am so impressed in today’s world to see a company with integrity and great service.

Apparently, they offer washing + vacuum with every service except during freezing conditions, washing is not available and this is understandable. However, our vehicle went in for service, so I expected some vacuuming done in the cabin -- esp if you spent over $700 for maintenance! Our other vehicle(s) gets vacuum + washing done in Honda or Toyota even with lesser amounts spent there when maintenance is completed. It isn't much to complete vacuuming esp if the car went in at 930am and ready for pick up at 330pm, including a recall fix ...

Hamid was professional and resourceful since our initial email communications, and he’s even better in person. He respected our time and greeted us outside upon arrival, had the test vehicle sanitized and most importantly, he gave us a good deal that no one else could even compare. Terrible service. I took my car there a while back to work on the evaporative system, reprogram the TPMS and change air filter. The engine light still comes on, the TPMS are still reporting the wrong tires. I didn’t have time to go back and ask them to fix what they were supposed to fix in the first place and didn’t bother with it until today. I opened my cabin air filter to replace it and found out that they wedged the filter in without raising it first, and when it didn’t fit, they forced it in place which bent the filter. For the past 2 years I’ve been driving with a broken cabin air filter! How can it be this complicated? It’s a Nissan genuine part! What is their excuse? It’s as if they looked at all the instructions and went “lets do the opposite”. Terrible service. They also charge the same as other dealerships, but provide the service of someone who’s just learning.

Today me and my wife have appointment with Falah at 6:15pm. We arrived at 6:35pm but we let him know on the phone. Because we got traffic. When we came. He show his face not really happy ( this is unprofessional and so rude ). I never seen any seller like that before. If we come back for the car. we would see different seller , not falah ( rude seller ever )

The tires on their leased car which I have got ( QX50 -2019 ) is the cheapest one in market with the lowest quality ( Bridgestone) . After 40 k mileage the thread gone completely .After many back and forth with Service department I found that they did not warranted and guarantee the tire’s thread and now I have to replace the tires for over $1600 . The worse part is that they tried to say due to a way I was using the car the tires thread was gone. …. However, I just used the car for shopping and pick up my son from school….. Whereas at the time of making lease agreement I was told that the tire is completely fully warranted …..

The service department here is friendly and they don't pull any surprises on you. They always tell me exactly what work they're going to do and what it's going to cost. My 2016 Q50S runs like the day I bought it which is all I can expect.

Never deal with Falah Kashi! This guy would greet you very friendly at first, pretends to “discuss” the price after he lets you for a test drive. But when you start to haggle, you could see sarcasm and hostility in his face and his actions. He will tell you “my manager would not allow it” without even consulting his manager. This guy does not know customer service, he cannot understand what a customer is trying to tell him and resorts to hostility. To Infiniti, you are losing precious sales if your employees are like this.
