They've been calling me for several years. First it was for GAETAN THERRIEN, and now for about almost two years, they're calling for MAXIME TRUDEL.I've told them a long time ago it was a wrong number but they're still calling, which is very annoying. I blocked their number but I still have annoying voicemail that I have to regularly delete.Seriously, what is wrong with you? After so much time calling and being unable to join those people, it doesn't make you realize that maybe you have the wrong number? Stop being lazy and start searching the real numbers of those people and stop harassing random people.

Let’s start this off. I’ve been trying to track down a debt for 5 years to pay it off.CBV started calling me. Whenever I would answer, I was left with an automated message. Calling their office didn’t lead me anywhere. They were impossible to reach by phone and my patience was growing thin. I sent them an email to their Laval office. Within 2 hours of the email, i was put in contact with one of their representatives.Sabrina was incredibly helpful and responsive. We came up with a payment plan and spoke extensively about my needs. She was extremely professional and very pleasant. Thank you Sabrina.Will update the review as the payments start processing and how the paperwork goes. Hopefully, all the paperwork comes in a timely matter.

Was harassed for a debt I never had …rude people …be careful do not be led by their harassment check with your suppliers and creditors your true situation before revealing any information. Wouldn’t even give you a star …but had to, to post this review.

After I paid my bill. it remained on my credit report for over a year as an OPEN ACCOUNT AND STILL PAST DUE. I called several times and they told me its the credit bureaus fault and that a letter of release was sent to me and the credit bureaus. I never got one and neither did the credit companies. the only thing I got was a promise to release once paid. they NEVER GAVE ME MY RELEASE LETTER. I called 8 times today!!! 5 with a cust serv rep and 3 times and left a message for the supervisor who also never calls back! and got no where!

They tried to collect a 10 year old debt that had been settled as part of a consolidation by a reputable consolidation firm. They advised me to demand a proof of debt. They were advised that without the proper documentation provided, any contact would be subject to intent of harassment.I am hoping they continue to attempt contact.

Employees are usually uneducated and are quick to anger. 10/10 would recommend messing with them you will have a good laugh. If you get Joy from the Philippines you are in for a treat.

The reviews on here scared me at first. I've made partial payments through the website which works great. They're truly very helpful, sent me my confirmation of partial payment after setlling with a call rep once, about 1-3 weeks of asking (about a month since payment) and they regularly update all payments you've made when checking your credit along the way. All in all a great experience, the rep who helped me was Bianca, great person.

I had a debt i ve been trying to settle for a few days now. Franco is nice but when i tell him i could settle for a certain amount he gets rude telling me to get a loan for difference. When i asked for a manager he tells me well do you speak french cause manager in Laval, QC Mr.Lepine only speaks French.Agents think they are better than everyone else cause they work for a Collection Agency.Horrible and extremely rude!!!!!

They have been calling my 12 year old son for the past 6 months, 10 times a week. They are leaving a message for Michel lavoie and trust me, it's not my son's name and he's 12! He doesn't have a bill to his name. I called many times to tell them to stop harrassing my son but they keep calling and calling.

i had an account with them, paid them during the phone call and then they told me everything was good.i've been waiting for the letter for almost a week after this. i had to call them twice so they can send me another one. i've finally received one.anyways. yesterday i received a email from them asking me to pay them?i'm trying to call them but they won't answer.i've been waiting for 79 mins.anyways.i was about to give them 5 stars for the fast service but i'm not sure anymore lmao
