Walmart Supercentre

A good store to do grocery shopping, buy household items, photography accessories, electronics, garden materials, pharmacy and optical services. Excellent customer service and a massive store with varieties.

Make sure you photograph the sale signs on items because A LOT of the time the price isn't actually honoured in the system. Seems to be a common theme at this location, where they have tags for sales on items, but the sales aren't applied in the system. I'm thinking they're hoping that the sale gets the item in your cart and you'll either not notice or not say anything when you're paying full-price at the register.Also, don't bother with cosmetics. Unsure what they are thinking with insisting (rather aggressively) you pay for your cosmetics as a separate purchase before you can leave the cosmetics area. Also, if you're going to insist people pay for cosmetics at your little register"

Store has changed their hours, they close at 10pm not 11pm now. Zero warning or notice. Not even a sign saying new hours. They updated the door but unless you go there to find out you wouldn't know.

Sajja is one of the best Walmart greeters we have ever met. He was very informative to help us find what we were looking for as well. Thank you Sajja for putting a smile on our faces as soon as we walked in the door!

This store is comparatively smaller than the other supercentre. But we still have a nice shopping experience here today. The clothing department is organized and tidy. And we also enjoy a simple nice meal at the McDonald's there.

Never buy anything from this place again.Please never compromise the quality chasing a good price,it will cost you more and more....On the 23d I came looking for the the 50% discount on TVs,and the sales associate convinced me that Hisense is the best (combination of quality and good price).To install that piece it took me 3 days trying to connect to my strong home WiFi without any success((( it didn’t even connected to my iPhone hot spot))) and that’s when I decided that it needs to be returned back.Extremely unfriendly staff called customer service manager tried desperately to retrieve my receipt (which I lost unfortunately) ,when she failed she called another Manager (this time with capital M),I thought maybe this one more qualified to do such a difficult job,but surprisingly she retrieved something else!!!I called my bank that day 3 times and provided them with all information about the transaction,but no way. “you might bought it in another store”said one of them.The last Manager left us without even goodbye.I lost there more than just money, more than 3 hours of waiting until the big boss came (BTW not the gentleman in the picture,the number there is not even his). She brought me my receipt with an apology on behalf of her unprofessional customer service staffBut I’m happy to learn that when a place offer you a competitive price,they actually cut it from the staff training budgets.

The worst expire ever! Was taking my blood pressure when the lady stocking cosmetics with a short white bob came over and told us we shouldn’t use the machine if we’re going to break it. Used a very passive aggressive tone and smile to follow as we explained we were using it correctly. Followed all the instructions as this isn’t my first time but was still told I was breaking “expensive” equipment. Worked perfectly fine after with no damage. After she got a guy with glasses to follow us around as we shopped. Felt disrespected from her as she got us followed for using equipment for its purpose, it wasn’t even closed off. Hopefully management reviews this as it was the only experience ever that left me writing a review.

We were using the blood pressure machine because high blood pressure and diabetes runs in our family. Woman in beauty section with short white bob came up to us accusing us of ‘breaking the machine’ and that its expensive. We have read the instructions and did absolutely nothing to break the machine. It was extremely rude and uncalled for. She sent a man with a mustache and glasses to follow us around the store for the entire time. I understand theft prevention but we have done absolutely nothing to earn this disrespect. It felt discriminatory and we felt extremely unsafe in this Walmart. We are grown adults and we do not need to be patronized.

Staff have been helpful - no bad experiences here - been coming here in and off for years - my son lives in the area so whenever in town I’m in shopping with him - he passed away last month in a car accident in Tuscany - so sadly I won’t be back again … these past 6 weeks of by daily shopping trips to wal mart while staying at his home in Royal Oak handling his affairs and emptying his place have all been pleasant experiences and help out to my car wasn’t too bad to get the times I needed itThank you
