Mathieu Gervais is our service rep and he is wonderful, I have used several companies over the years, in fact I have used Abell previously but was not satisfied with the service. Not the case with Mathieu, he comes when needed and does an excellent job.

Much to my horror, months of road construction outside my home led to an influx of mice. Abell pest control (especially Brian) has such a great reputation in my community, so I called the Nepean office for help. The woman who answered the phone was wonderful - relating to my situation and calming me down. Brian came by, was also very calm and professional and has taken care of the situation. I find this company to be responsive, professional and competent and would recommend them.

Ash from Abell was very diligent in spraying inside and outside the house. We had cluster flies in a bedroom and wasps, box flies, lady bugs and ants outside. We are very pleased that all have disappeared. Thank you to Abell for a job well done. Moyna from Kemptville.

We had red squirrels make their way behind the siding and into the house. Shea attached a one way trap which was up for a week—almost immediately the squirrel(s?) was gone. He also found an entry point on an outside air vent at the opposite side of the house, which he sealed with heavy duty wire. I highly recommend this company.

I have been using Abell for several years. We have bait stations maintained outside of a rental property that is in an area of Ottawa that has a major rat problem. Abell has big company capability but act like a small company, providing personal attention. Another big reason I am a loyal Abell customer is my main contact Daniel Brault. Daniel is fantastic, always goes above and beyond making sure when a situation arises that all my concerns are addressed.

Daniel and Lee -Anne are my two techs from Abel. They service all of my properties in Ottawa and i have to say I couldnt ask for a better company. They are great at what they do. They are knowledgeable, efficient, quick, clean, friendly, calming and always on time. I thoroghly enjoy working with both of them. No one wants pest control issues at their properties but when issues come up there is no one better to call then Abel. Our representative, Mat, was wonderful. He scheduled appointments on time, there was good communication, questions were answered, etc. What Mat did for us was beyond the expectations we had. We will definitely be going back to Abel if necessary in the future.
