We ordered chicken strips and a buddy burger today. My kiddos loved the taste of the food. Service was quick and staff was nice.

Customer service is hit or miss andinconsistent with different front end employees; one employee allowed my requested substitution, but then another staff was super confused about it on my next visit. On one visit I asked for water with ice in a cup but they cannot offer the ice for some reason, only cold water. The food tasted mostly consistent and fresh for my various visits, but the wait time is sometimes fast, sometimes slow.

I bought a coffee this afternoon and the (cashier indian girl tall) showed a lack of training of how to serve a coffee and being polite to the customer. I ordered a small coffee and she gave me so full when i opened it, it spills to my hand. I got hurt ofcourse the coffee was so hot. But i just ignore it because i was in a hurry that time. So i asked her to throw out some of the excess coffee. She did removed excess coffee but after that she said, some customers complain’s that it’s not full so she gave me so full of coffee. Instead of apologizing to me she was being mad showing an attitude and talking back with her co worker’s in there indian language agains me.I hope you see this kind of service of your employee towards customers.

Slowest location. Cashiers are frequently rude, shouting “ma’am” at you in an aggressive tone for no reason. One time charged me wrong and refused to believe me, tried to prove me wrong when I was point at tv to show the correct price. That being said, there are better locations for sure.

July 4,2023 @ 3:45PMLet me tell you if I could give this place a zero I would me and my sister ordered mama burger combos and we ended up getting lamb burgers and both of us are allergic to lamb the way we knew is we cut open our burger tried to call several times to talk to the manager but they don't pick up the phone

Some communication problems do to COVID-19 barriers but the team member was very quick in resolving it. They were polite and cheerful.My overall experience was positive, the food was fresh, and I would return.Lots of hand washing and an impressively clean store front.

My bf asked for extra ketchup since it was two of us and they said we don’t need no more and they gave us three packets of ketchup and they got mad and we’re being rude they need a attitude adjustment shouldn’t be treating customers like this
