Salon Vibe

I was so happy with the cut I got with Loni! Sometimes you leave a salon and feel like you have to go home and redo your hair to make it look like how you actually like it, but this was NOT the case here! I felt really well taken care of, it was a relaxing environment, and was super happy with how it turned out!

A total rip-off, I had the worst curls ever from there. I paid 110ish for them on Day 1. Washed them after 36 hours. As I was told not to wash them for first 24 hours. They turned out horrible. I called in to book another appointment for them to take a look and explained the nature of my job. It was just 15 minutes appointment and I couldn’t make it because I came home early from work as I was sick. Appointment was at 11 AM and I came home at 5 AM feeling sick. So I couldn’t go as I took the medication and went to sleep. After that I called them and they said they will charge me 110ish to fix their f-up because I missed that 15 minutes appointment. What a JOKE. Rip-off.

I had highlights done today by Loni. My experience was great! She explained to me what she was doing along the way and what products she was using, and why. Very professional. Thanks Loni!

It was my first ever time at this salon. I got an appointment on the same day i called. No waiting, and had an amazing service by Colleen. Very Friendly staff. I would like to visit this salon more often.

Great place for a men's haircut. I go about every four weeks. Even though I don't change up my style very often, Loni always takes the time to go over what I want to do. It's worth the drive to University Heights to have a haircut I feel good about.

I called in needing someone to fix a bad haircut (done somewhere else) and they fit me in immediately. Colleen did my hair and made it SO much better than it was. I wish I would have gone to her in the first place!

Had a really bad hair cut from Colleen, showed her a reference picture and she barely looked at it nor did she discuss with me. Very unprofessional. I had to point out to her that one side was much shorter than other!! Would not recommend Colleen for a haircut. I will be vocal about this to friends and social media. Worst experience ever. Also did not show me the back of hair which looks like a razor cut overkill

Teagan Wilson is fabulous! She always makes my visions come true, and educates me on what is needed to make it happen. She’s a lovely soul and very friendly. I recommend her to anyone looking for a hair stylist.

I got my hair done by Karlee and she did a fantastic job! I love it so much! I also tried some new hair products and they’re my new favourite ☺️ very lovely place to go.

Yesterday, my 10 years old girl got a haircut there and it took 1h and 45min. I paid $42.It was very unprofessionally done and my girl really didn't like it this morning.(I told them to thin it a lot cause she has lots of hair and we can't iron all the time)She got it fixed today at Magicut and it was $17. We are not going back there so sure.
