Best Buy Homes

Bought my mobile in July of 2019. It was new apparently. There were deficiencies that were supposed to done but never heard from anyone & trying to call was impossible. Never returned my calls! Now the skylights are dripping water & water damage all around! And this is a new home? Really? The shoddy workmanship is unacceptable. Cub boards aren’t even attached. Moldings falling apart & again.. not attached to anything. I’m disgusted with Best Buy that they would rip someone off & couldn’t care less. They got their money so who cares right? Now have to spend my money to fix up things they should have done before they sold it. And the water damage is extensive to the skylights so not a cheap fix. Never again! Don’t even think about buying from Best Buy. They have no pride in workmanship!

Fails to register with me how these are advertised as Canada Cabin Collection" when my first reaction is it connotes that it's made for and in Canada. These homes are built in the United States under 'Fairmont Park model' and are being sold here because of the large overhead compared to Canadian homes with the dollar being south

Getting anyone out to come fix deficiencies or moving damage is impossible. They do not stand by their product. Can't get anyone to answer a phone or return a call or email.Nothing but hassle every step of the way. House wasn't levelled when delivered and they still haven't come to do any of the onsite work. (It's been 4 months)Salesman was rude and kept charging me extra after the fact for additional moving charges when he never even consulted me and .Have to resort to hiring locals just to make the house livable so we can move in.Completely disappointing and stressful process. Wish I could say I'm happy with the house.Will never recommend

Purchased our home a few years ago and very happy with it. All involved with the purchase, the move and placement, contractor who came after the move to make sure everything was up to code after the move and the office team who guided us through the full inspection to ensure our full satisfaction were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend!

Am very impressed with the home I now have. Had a couple of minor problems but they were looked after almost right away. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the stairs supplied to enter the home. I know it is more or less my responsibility but it is the dead of winter and I am a handi-capped person and have trouble with step. Could have used something a little smore stable than what was given.

BUYER BEWARE , my wife and me bought a brand new home threw BestBuy homes of September of 2020 and from my shower leaking witch I fixed it myself and now my siding is starting to come apart and they are saying it's caused by shifting on the ground then I said well why has this home not been leveld properly and then they get very aggressive and say it's not there fault , I would understand if the home was sitting there for years but this home is not even a year old and trying to say it's up to the home owner , mean while you go to Grandeur Homes and from what I was told by a neighbor that bought his home threw them said they come over in 1 year to re level cause of the home settling and at no charge . Just be careful with these guys cause by the sounds of it after the sale is done they just want to wash there hands of you . I feel sick to my stomach .

Great option for first-time buyers, cabin seekers, upsizers and downsizers. The sales staff are great and the friendly delivery teams work hard to place the home just right! Looking forward to purchasing one of their 2 bedrooms for a 4 season cabin getaway in the future!

We bought a home from best buy and had a great experience. We then referred best buy to my parents and they also purchased their home from them and had a great experience all around.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Best Buy Homes location just west of Winnipeg. Great selection on-site with access to a lot more inventory. Really helpful team that know their stuff.
