Grooming by Caylyn

We had a wonderful experience with Caylyn with our Yorkie today. She was so patient and calm with our dog and took good care of him. She is so kind and professional and does a great job. I would definitely go there again and will be happy to reccomend her.

BEST GROOMER IN EDMONTON!!!!I have taken my baby Zoe to many groomers in Edmonton over the 19 months I have had her and no one even comes close to Caylyn. Zoe is a bichon and is very skittish and scared, when we walked into Caylyn`s home Zoe sniffed around for a while while we talked and when I was leaving Zoe came to me and then walked away (Never happened before). I actually went to the car where my sister in law and daughter were waiting with tears in my eyes because I was so relieved that Zoe was somewhere where she felt comfortable and did not cry as I left her. The price was very reasonable and Zoe looked absolutely fantastic. I have recommended Caylyn to many people on facebook as well as all of my family and friends. We are very very happy we found her!

You can tell she really cares for your dog, but she also did an amazing job!

After meeting Caylyn I was happy to have found a groomer that seemed great. But after I got my dog back from his appointment, not only was I NOT INFORMED (stated in her consent form, if something happens like an injury you will be informed about it, which she never did) she over cut his nail so she cut the skin underneath, and she also cut his leg!! With “11 years of experience” neither of these things should have happened. He bled on my boyfriends pants when we picked him up and while we were on our way home. Then when we got home and tried to clean it up he went on a full on panic attack when we were focused on his leg. I wanted to support local, but If you love your fur baby, DO NOT go here. Would never recommend her to anyone. I’m so disappointed, but mostly I feel horrible about trusting this person with my boy, he did not deserve this trauma that she gave him. And On a side note, she said she would give me a refund for it, ($50 for the grooming appointment) then only sent me $30 back, and has been ignoring all my messages since. I gave her time to talk to me and we could have worked this out, but since she doesn’t want to answer my messages, people who are looking for a groomer should know that you do not want to go to Caylyn.

She was able to take us right away for an emergency nail trim. No issues with my rescue" bully or my terrible twos border collie.Wonderful job"

I was recommended to Caylyn through a puppy sale.I brought 2 of my Shihpoo girls to her for haircuts. They were quite matted and I knew it was going to be a tuff round for her.Caylyn did a great job on both of them and I was happy with the results!Also...her prices are the best yet!
