Going to Dinar Shoe Repair for a while now. The craftsmanship is excellent, well worth driving from Mississauga. My last Red Wing rebuilt

I had a bag repaired. First time I used it and the seam ripped. They not only repaired the small hole but reinforced the entire seam so hopefully this won’t happen again. Very friendly and professional. Street parking available.

Dimar is high class, and always does a great job. Took my Birks in for a resole last year, and just yesterday - dropped off my Alden Indy boots to have one of the speed hooks replaced and get them dyed chocolate brown. Can’t wait to see how they turn out. Highly recommend Dimar. Don’t go anywhere else.

I have had two backpacks (one leather and one not) fixed here and one leather sandal. I am all about reduce, reuse, recycle and I am so happy that this store exists to help extend the life of items that are heavily used. I am very pleased with how the items have turned out. The quality of their work is evident and the pricing is fair and consistent. The staff are also pleasant and personable, which helps to make it one of my favourite businesses in Guelph!

My family and I have been taking our leather goods to Dimar for years now. The workmanship and attention to detail are, without exception, superb! The staff are also very friendly, professional, honest, and willing to take the extra time to help you answer any leather care questions (for the curious, such as myself!). Turn-around times for work are also impressively short - such a blessing to have these craftsmen so close to home!

I've been looking for a highly skilled cobbler in Canada, that works with quality materials at a decent price. Dimar Shoe Repair did a great job transforming my boots into Blake stitched construction. Pablo was excited about my project and was very helpful throughout the process, constantly sending updates regarding my boots. He even sent me a pair of round waxed laces and added an extra insole as a gift. All these little things keep a customer satisfied and loyal to your business. I wish I had known Pablo and his shop before, could have saved some of my older shoes or boots, that others destroyed.Can't wait for my future resoles, will be definitely reaching out again. I had gotten my two pairs of boots done elsewhere in Toronto, and was pretty disappointed with the poor glue job they did. The Vibram sole guard started to peel off shortly after the job was done. I heard about Dimar Shoe Repair from a YouTube channel called Bedo's Leatherworks and was surprised that there was a shop in Guelph that seemed like they do quality work.They absolutely do and I'm very glad I brought my boots here! Pablo talked me through what was going to happen, the price of service, and lead time.The lead time took a bit longer, but Pablo was open and up front about it so there was no surprises. I'd much rather wait longer and get something done properly than to get a rushed job.Pablo informed me as soon as possible of a little mishap on one of my pairs of boots (wrong type of toe tap installed) but had quickly resolved it within the same day. The honest and quick communication is really appreciated and is something that I find difficult to come by these days.The outcome of both boots were great! I am very excited to continue to wear them out, and I will definitely bring more of my boots to Dimar in the near future!

Excellent workmanship on toe plates and sole guards that were placed on my shoes. Wait time was unfortunately close to a month but it makes sense given the quality of work and volume of customers they have to serve.

I can't say enough about Dimar Shoe Repair in Guelph, ON. Exceptional workmanship and knowledge about their craft as well as outstanding customer service. They treated my Wesco engineer boots like they were their own! It was definitely worth the drive from Toronto.
