We were very impressed with our server Sean. This young man is excellent at his job and should be recognized for it.Food is amazing and the Keto option on the menu is a bonus.

Came 2 times when they had kids eat free in the winter. Kids and partner enjoyed their meals. I didn’t enjoy my meal both times we went. My eggs seemed like they were sitting on the counter for awhile before being brought to the table. I tried with hollandaise on and on the side but still the eggs weren’t soft poached as ordered.The kids crepe was huge and they loved it! I do wonder what type and how much food colouring is used in the rainbow pancakes though.Would give it another try but wouldn’t be my first choice for breakfast restaurant. Love the inside of the restaurant; great decor, bright, clean and spacious. Service was good as well. Great place to come with the family.

We don't live in the area but we decided to stop by for breakfast on our way to Costco since the reviews seems pretty good and we've never been here. Both the food and the service was disappointing.We were seated right away but it took almost 10 mins before the waitress came by to take out order and almost 1/2 hour before our food arrived. I'm not sure if she was busy or inexperienced, but we had to flag her down to get our coffee refilled, then she just left and headed to the back. We waved her down again to ask for more cream for the coffee. By comparison, the waiter serving the tables behind us was walking around to all his tables and refilling the coffee and talking to the customers.The food itself also wasn't good. The Breakfast Poutine wasn't hot. I guess the potatoes were cooked in bulk and had cooled down. Ok as a side dish but when the potatoes are the main part of the dish, it should be made to order. Because of that, the cheese curds were still cold and wasn't melted like a real poutine. The omelette was overcooked making it dry and tough. It was kind of bland, and didn't taste like any salt was added. Also, it seems like it was sitting for a while before we got it.Overall, it wasn't a very good first impression of the restaurant. There are other restaurant that has better tasting food and better service.

My first visit here I was really hoping to find a spot that I would look forward to returning to. My Saturday morning visit was overall disappointing. The restaurant was 3/4 full upon arrival and I was given a seat promptly, but I eventually had to flag someone down to ask for coffee and get my order started. Service was slow, my meal was barely warm, and the Mexican Skillet" lacked anything Mexican and was bland. Being so expensive I expected so much better."

This place is busy but they're efficient and during their busy hours, the wait is no longer than 5mins to get seated.Food is fresh but the coffee caramel cappuccino is sooo good. It's just really small tho.Service is good. Our server was friendly and attentive.

I don't usually take photos of my food, but today I actually had to share the masterpiece that was my brunch on my socials. 3rd time here and the food is always delicious. Service is always great and have never had to wait. Highly recommend!!

We love eating here! Great laid back family friendly vibes, food is delicious, good portions and reasonably priced. Wide variety of options from savory, to sweet, healthful to keto. Staff is always helpful and friendly (most recently served by the lovely Emily S.) We rarely have to wait to get in, and it’s becoming a staple for our family.

Better than other breakfast chainsTo be honest I prefer OEB (they have a more interesting menu) if I’m looking at breakfast chains. I’ve been to two locations of Pur and Simple and they are consistent in service and quality of food. I had the fruit French toast and it was delicious. The coffee is great but it’s Nespresso pods so I could have the same thing at home. Everything here is well done and tasty but there’s nothing unusual or memorable in terms of interesting combinations on the entrees and I wouldn’t drive a long distance just to come here.

Delicious food. I wouldn't call that a banana bread French toast as it didn't seem to have been soaked in egg and pan fried, just banana bread with stuff on top. Still yummy though.
