Worst Customer Service I have ever seen.I ordered online some discovery sized to see if I could like something and unfortunately this story sent it.They sent the fragrances in some very sketchy packaging that always spills. For $8 each, this is unacceptable. When I complained, they said their discovery sizes are a continuous work in progress!

Love this store! Everyone was very helpful. You can smell all the scents and try the different hand soaps and creams too.

This is absolutely my go to place for special fragrances! Especially I love their another 13, you can’t really smell on the testing paper but you can definitely feel it when you put on your skin. Most importantly the smell last more than one day! Now I have not only using fragrances but also hand cream. Will absolutely buy more in the future.Also, the staffs were super nice and helpful, I had great experience here with their service, thank you!!

Powerful Proust effect experience with the variety of fragrances, the staff told us about the story of the brand and helped us find our match. Although I get the choice of Chernobyl lab look it lacked a premium feel given the price point. Great products though

I couldn't have asked for better help choosing a gift...which became gifts for my wife. The young lady that helped me out asked great questions to help me decide on the right scent. She really made it feel like an experience not a transaction. Any guy (or gal) looking for a quality gift and needs a little help needs to go here.

Nice and helpful staff and cool store. High prices, but really that's the same as any perfume. Great ideas for gifts.

Good experience in store; the rep was nice enough to take me through an aromatic tour. He took the task of explaining why Lelabo was special, very seriously. I purchased the top 6 perfume discovery set as a gift for my brother. Although expensive, I believe that the aroma you give off is as important as having good dental hygiene, and therefore choosing the right perfume or eau de toilette is important to a person's overall image. Makes for a good gift/stocking stuffer.

The 1 stars are certainly not for the fragrances or the store design. I was after the experience, and being in the flagship store I was determined to get it. I love their fragrances and all the different formats of their fragrances. However the service seemed very indifferent to me being their or spending so much money on their products. They did not look very happy or interested in contributing to my adventure even though I spend over CAN 600.00 on their products and despite my enthusiasm for being there. The service is not what I expect from a high end niche fragrance brand especially when I spend so much there! Anyways I still love my purchase!!!

That was my first time in Le Labo store. The stored is clean and well-organized. It smells amazing in a way of natural essential oil, not too overwhelming. I am impressed with Bergamote 22 and The noir 29. On top of that, i’m very pleased with their customer service. Jerral (I hope I spell it correctly) was very helpful, sophisticated and patient which made my whole experience. The price is expensive but I think it worths the unique fragrance
