RENTER BEWARE! While their presales pitch seemed reasonably good, it's all pointless when they cancel on you leaving little time to find an alternative. Even though their agreement says once they get your signed confirmation and deposit you reservation is deemed guaranteed.... apparently it's not worth the paper it is written on. There are lots of extended stay rental units out there. Do your research read reviews. Do get stuck scrambling last minute. This company is not reliable.RESPONSE TO COMMENT BELOW:Your comment in and of itself validates my point. You might want to keep track of what story you tell whom. I was told by Vijay on the day that the first payment was due that 2 investors had pulled their apartments because of what was going on in the market. I was told he would follow up in a week on future availability after they sorted things out and I never got a call. No viable recommendation was provided and I had to start my search all over again exactly a month before the date it was needed.

Although this was my first time travel to Toronto, the staff of Bombay Suites made my stay very comfortable and cozy. The appartment was very neat, clean, tidy and spacious for the family of four. An excellent short-term rental option, especially for people coming from Indian subcontinent. Location of Bombay suites is very convenient and ideally located at a walking distance from bus-terminal, town&country, wallmart and square One Mall. Staff Ms Monika and Mr Vijay were very helpful and thanks a lot for making our two weeks of stay memorable.

Our stay with bombay suites was just right, no surprises. well appointed apartments, very clean (that was important), comfortable, good view of the lake and to top it all, friendly staff. We will surely use Bombay Suites furnished apartment in Mississauga again.

I work in Mississauga several times a year and often rent a furnished apartment while I stay. I've had trouble in the past with cleanliness with all the previous companies. My stay with Bombay suites was different from the get go. All the employees were very pleasant and very professional. The unit was clean and comfortable especially in comparison with many of the competitors who often rent suites in the very same buildings that Bombay offers.I still feel that offerings in other provinces (by similiar companies) go further in the way of things like cutlery and available appliance quality and the like (ie microwave, window coverings, etc) but all in all I will call them again the next time I'm working in Mississauga.
