Found this place really hit and miss. Went twice in one day and the first time had a situation where the staff had nobody else there but me and still I waited 10 minutes until I went up to ask for assistance.The second time I was back there was a différent person she was fantastic.Assortment of shoes is okay". Definitely comfort shoe Vibe at the store . Some specialty brands with limited amounts but if you are into Uggs and Birkenstocks (Im not) then this is definitely the place for you"

Very good selection of shoes, which are well laid out for presentation. The staff member present was initially helpful, but became agitated when there was some confusion about the return policy. She chose to answer questions in a disrespectful, belittling manner, which I feel was an insult to my intelligence. I will likely not return to this location and will instead go to the chain in Nanaimo.

Good sales on boots and shoes in the off seasons. They also have neat rewards program. Not a ton of selection but friendly staff and easy to find a cute pair of boots.

Staff are very nice when you are buying a pair of shoes but I am disappointed with their response when the pair I purchased (Birkenstock sandals) started to crack after less than 3 months wear.They put the responsibility on Birkenstock who would not accept anything they consider to be wear and tear" even though I bought the shoes from them so my contract is with them

Trillian is such a lovely and knowledgeable saleswoman! She talked me into not one but two pairs of fabulous fall shoes! Hard to turn down that smile.

you wait a really long time for staff to acknowledge your in the store and wait just as long for them to see if you need another size.. if they even follow up to ask you. I have tried to buy blundstones for my kids twice at this store and have had to just leave empty handed.

Would give zero stars if it were an option. I spent $250 on two pairs of kids Blundstones. They fell apart in less than six months. When Blundstone would not honour the warranty the store refused to do anything - the owner repeatedly spoke over me and told me I was lucky to be offered a 25% credit in her store.....no thanks! Will not buy from here again.

You don’t carry shoe laces... you’re a footwear store and you don’t carry shoe laces. As small of an item as that may seem, it’s just more symbolic than anything. Nobody likes being turned away from a local shop to the competition across the street because you don't stock the basics. If you're sellin the TV's lets see you sell the power bars too.3-stars instead of 2, because the nice young woman was pleasant to speak to.[Edited based on business's response to my original review]

Extremely poor customer service on November 11, 2022, at the Uptown mall store. Even more disappointing was not getting a response to an email that I sent to management about the poor service. I do not recommend this store, and will not shop there again.
