Very grateful for this clinic, they were able to offer me a same-day appointment when my pet was sick, and not only that, they called to let me know there was a cancellation and offered to move my appointment up. Very helpful in a stressful time.

I took my guinea pig there yesterday and was a mess going there because I thought he was dying. The staff were very welcoming and the doctor was great at explaining things to me. My little guy is going to be okay. I would definitely recommend this vet.

My family has been taken their dogs here for years and we love it. He doesn't try to overcharge or talk you into things you don't need for your pet. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming!

Only vet I will trust with my rats! He’s direct, to the point and doesn’t try to force anything that isn’t needed! I would recommend him!

I’m not sure what to say, being a first time dog owners I’m not sure if the Vets are in for the money cause I didn’t see compassion anywhere. My younger dog had issues, the more I took him in to see the vet the sicker he got. All I got was, more medicine and their food. He didn’t last very long. When I had to put him down. They sent me else where, cause they were too buys. Now my second dog who is older (17 years) both Shih-Tzu by the way) Was having issues too, plus really bad arthritis, blind and deaf. The vet started with the meds and the food change. By this time he lost so much weight I was desperate. I put a stop to everything , figuring my dog is old let him enjoy his last days. I tried about ten different foods that he might like and be good at the same time. It’s been five months he’s gained his weight back eating once or twice a day and loves the outdoors. He thinks he can run because he starts off and realizes that he can’t.

Upper Ottawa Animal Hospital have treated our cat. really well. Their prices are really good and Dr. Kojic is incredibly thorough. We have a special needs cat and he has taken special care with him and has taken the time to explain every little thing to me. Each time I leave the clinic I feel fully informed and all of my questions have been addressed. I could not recommend this vet enough.

Dr Andreja has been amazing in taking care of our dogs and we have been very grateful and thankful of all his work and support. His staff at office are great to speak and always happy to greet you and very patient.I trust Dr Andreja and we are very satisfied with all his work and professional experience for our dogs.Looking forward seeing him and his staff.Thanks

I just got back from taking my rabbit here and I had to leave a review of how wonderful this place is. They took great care of my bun and gave him the treatment he needed. My car decided to stall outside of their practice and the vet himself came outside to see if we were ok. He offered us coffee and chocolate whole we waited and made sure we were comfortable while we waited for assistance. I will be using this vet for all of my animals in the future and I will be recommending this vet to everyone! Thank you again for all of your help and kindness.

My friend called to have her 18 year old lab put down. He hasn't been able to get up to pee for weeks and has to be brought to water. They told my friend they couldn't do it without a costly assessment and even then will probably only be given drugs. What kinda operation are they running there??? Disgusting

Highly recommend Dr Andreja Kojic. Doctor did great in controlling our big dog. He is thorough in his examination. His prescribed medicine started showing results from the get go. Staff was also very pleasant and helpful.
