Super helpful staff, great selection, good prices!

Loved this store.only went once but will be coming back with more people. Discovered a jewel in port moody.cant wait to go back.very reasonable pricing.great quality.helpful staff.they asked us if we needed anything or needed help.or if we were looking for anything.talked about new product.

Excellent place for school supplies and for home. Educational materials, crafts and posters (math, planets, alphabet). Shop local!

I ask can send receipt through email today and they say yes.Didn't receive it, so I call in after 5 days because of weekend and Monday to see whats going on and they say they will send the next day. I call in again to ask if they could send the receipt before 4(the worker said the receipt was already packed to be sent out with shipping so I think they didn't even have the slightest intention to send receipt through email.) and they say that they will send right away. Waited till 5 and still nothing.Worst experience ever

The staff are what make this place amazing. Every single time I come here to pick up supplies for work the employees are friendly and happy to help me find every item on my list. Will always recommend Creative Children!

Affordable but supplies were low for some things. Prices posted on website are not updated so expect a few cents to a dollar more for each item.

Very good quality and reasonable prices. Real good stuffOnly thing is that I found some small things ( like felts and other small crafting stuff) cheaper in some other stores. ( probably their quality is higher and thats why they charge more. Because the stuff that I found cheaper I found then in dollar stores or stores like dollar store)The main products are really really good and very good price

*UPDATE* Table was reduced $68 by refund, it doesn’t cover the mark up from the online pricing or the time elapsed during the table returns and the actual refund however I applaud a valiant effort to try to mediate the situAtion once an online review was made. *Terrible customer service! Terrible quality of product! I had to send a warped table back THREE times, it took over 6 months to receive one that wasn’t butchered in some way. Then afterward they charged me $100 more than what the catalogue had it priced online!! They have the monopoly of the market in BC and someone needs to give this company some competition.

This is the best place in the area to buy teachers' props, daycare/kindergarten toys, and craft/office supplies. Also, I am happy to order online every year my daughter's school supplies from there. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. The items are fairly priced.Update, September 29, 2021, Wednesday , 3:45 pmToday I went shopping in Creative Children. Before to go I checked here they I open till 4:30pm today, in-store shopping is checked ✔, there are no Updates that say they are not open today, there is nothing about this in between the questions and answers, so I went well prepared to buy some art supplies for my workplace. You can imagine how disappointed I was when a young lady didn't let me go in and said today is pick up online orders day only, but if I want to do in-store shopping I have to come back tomorrow. After me another lady came, she said from Chilliwack, she was super disappointed too.I completely understand you guys have reason to change your in-store shopping days policy nowadays, but if you post that in your updates or workhorse it's going to be really helpful and time-saving for your customers. Please refer to the attached picture of the store work hours.UPDATE: The problem has been fixed. Thank you for respecting your customers, we respect you too ❤

Love this store! Great prices compared to superstore, staples, Walmart, ect. They have everything for school supplies, teacher supplies, daycares, preschool, learning toys.
