I contacted the store manager, Dale when I didn't receive the promotional credit I was told I'd receive after purchasing a new phone. Dale took ownership of the issue and assured me that I would receive the credit I was promised. Dale was professional, respectful and honest through this whole process, and he worked diligently to figure out the best solution. I will happily continue to do business with Dale and to support his store.

Went in for a new SIM card on my way to work and Jazmyn helped me out, was incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Easily the best experience I’ve had in a mobile store, totally made my day and solved my issue!

Honestly, probably the best experience I've had acquiring a mobile device... ever. Dale made it extremely easy, streamlined and seamless from start to finish. A++ in customer service, hospitality, attitude, and approachability. I got a great deal on a great phone. Happy not only with my service, but my purchase as well. And if Dale is reading this, thank you for your help again with everything. The A53 runs really nice.
