We have ordered from Vito’s since before it was Vito’s. The last few times our order has steady declined - tonight’s was the last attempt. Our order arrived cold, you forgot the sauces for the wings and the dipping sauces. The pizza was dry and hardly had any toppings or cheese. One of our pizzas was supposed to have double cheese - nope. Cheese is only in a small circle in the middle and stops 3 inches from the crust. Sadly our time supporting Vito’s is over.

I called there on rave reviews from a coworker from their pizza he got. Got a couple pizzas, and wings. After the food was delivered the pizza was good but my wings I ordered were still really pink raw inside. The man on the phone claimed it couldn’t happen he personally boxed them, and I was basically called a liar that my wings were raw. I was wrong and lying. Why would I waste my time if I was lying …Very disappointing. Would not return due to this terrible impression.

Worst experience. Pizza was so late, staff were not helpful. I ordered $70 worth of pizza for coworkers. It came after our lunch break had ended. I was offered a $3 discount as an apology. Unacceptable.

I was in Oakville on business, and decided to order food , and thought it was Italian. No, it’s not! The prices are really disgusting for the quality. They are the same inexpensive pizza joints all over Toronto opened by Asians or Indian but way more expensive and at least in Toronto most taste great and way cheaper.! It tasted like it wasn’t fresh. Horrible wings, missing sauce and tasted like reheated food. Oh, and 4.99 for a bottle of pop? Just plain greedy!!! You don’t deserve to be in business!!! I really dislike having to leave such reviews but, this definitely warrants one.Disgusting experience!

The thin pizza has a home made feel, which is always nice. Order took a little longer than committed on the phone, but not by too much. Served with a smile and given a complimentary ranch sauce. No real waiting area or dine-in unfortunately, so the wait inside can be tricky. The butter chicken pizza was poor value for money, but the #halal beef & #halal pepperoni worth returning for.

Do not use their online ordering system, they do not track it. I ordered their pizza and no one knew about my order. They didn’t even try to make it right. Pizza is decent and good for a quick meal.

Very rude staff! I usually never make reviews but this one warrants one. These ppl should not be in business plain and simple! Ordered 4 different kinds of wings and they all came in one box and all sauces were mixed together we called to find out why this happened and the answer was we are busy! So I said how to I know which is hot and which is mild and she said to taste them! Instructions were to put sauce on wings…not very much to ask! Then we get hung up on and no answer! Seriously? The last time I ordered wings seemed like they came out of the fridge!This isn’t the first time it’s happened but it’s definitely the last!Goodbye Vito’s hope you all do the same.

After trying this place many times, I can confirm that out of all the places in the Oakville. This is the one of the pizzas I have had (excluding sit down restaurants)There is a wide range of pizzas to try from. Greek, Cheesy, Meaty and so much more! This truly feels like a small Italian family owned restaurant. They put so much care into making these pizzas. There cheese pizza, especially with thin crust. Tops many of those New York style joints.They have great dipping sauces, and they let you build your own pizza which is awesome!I have no comment on customer service as the last time I went inside was a while ago.This is definitely my GO-TO pizza spot when choosing delivery especially. It beats all of the spots that deliver to me.Cannot wait to continue ordering and trying many other selections including the wings!- Note on Prices: The are very reasonable as one person may get full from a small which is around $15 (the pizzas on the picture are small)Must Try! If your a big family, get multiple options and share them all!

I'm giving a 2 star rating cause it should be unacceptable in 2023 for pizza to be delivered with no safety seal. When my ubereats driver arrived to hand me over the pizza the box was partly open in his hands and it made me very uncomfortable and upset to see.If you dont care to protect your customers from potential tampering you probably don't care to make their food with integrity either. Pizza is fine though.

We order from Vito’s a lot. My family loves their Indian style meet mr tikka. We get it on whole wheat thin crust.
