I found SoulSigma and Carrie on a whim a little over a year ago as I was exploring therapy options. I had absolutely no idea what psychospirutal therapy was.. and having been agnostic all my life, I didn’t even know why I was drawn to or interested in exploring it…. but for some reason (that I now accept as my intuition), I thought “why not? I’ll try to keep an open mind, have a consultation, and see what I learn. What’s the worst thing that could happen?“… And let me tell you, it ended up not being about “what’s the worst thing that could happen” but actually “what’s the BEST thing that could happen!?” And truly, meeting Carrie has set my life down a path I couldn’t have imagined. It is, of course, a journey, but it is absolutely unbelievable to look back and see how my journey has unfolded since that first consultation!! I’m almost brought to tears thinking about it.No matter where you are in your healing journey or what you need or are looking to get out of therapy, whether you’re spiritual or not, Carrie holds space for you and gently guides you while you explore and work through your own thoughts/feelings. Whether it was just letting me vent, asking me thought provoking questions, exploring different avenues of creative expression, through sound healing, and so much more, I’ve found my way “back to Self” (note: i wouldn’t have even known what that meant before meeting Carrie!).I’ve now been going to Carrie regularly for over a year and my entire world view, my view of self (and acceptance of self) and my journey to mental, physical, emotional, and even SPIRITUAL health is at a place I could’ve never dreamed of or imagined. I can’t even put it into words.If you’re reading this, you’ve been brought here for a reason, like I was. I am one of the most skeptical, logical, and “untrusting” people I know — so for me to find Carrie and have been able to trust her as my therapist is huge credit to her as that is not easy feat and of utmost important in therapist-client relationship. I can open up, I never feel judged, I always feel fully supported in my own journey, and I trust Carrie 100%.All that said, I highly recommend Carrie and SoulSigma! It has been life-changing.
