Arrow Insulation - Bellingham

Arrow was so great to work with. The crew was prompt, the installation was very clean (we did the blown in install). They were very communicative during the install in our 1908 Craftsman house.Today and this weekend it's mid to high 80s and I'm amazed how much cooler the house is. We expect winter to be much cozier!Not sure what took us so long.We get a competitive bid but went with Arrow even though they were a bit higher priced. They were just so communicative from the estimate process through the install.The Cascade Natural Gas Instant refund helped as well!I can't recommend Arrow enough. Thank you !

Had Arrow insulate our attic. Nice crew and they did an excellent job. Barely knew they were in the house.

Arrow came yesterday to insulate our attic and crawlspace on our 100 year old home. They did air sealing around all the pipes, holes and open spaces that should've been sealed. They put batts and blown in up in the attic. The house feels so much better already! Both crews worked amazingly hard and cleaned up after themselves. They took before and after pictures and I'm so pleased!! The office was communicative and helpful! Thank You!!

Arrow came to replace attic and under-the-house insulation. The crew was professional, friendly, and answered all our questions. I got a new ductless heating system installed in January 2019 and in February Arrow crews came out and cleaned the old, rat-filthy R-19 insulation out of my attic and blew in R-49, and a week later, in the snow and miserably cold conditions, another crew came in and totally re-insulated and sealed the crawl space. These guys were prompt, hard-working, and obviously knew what they were doing - my house is at times too warm, but how nice to walk barefoot across the floors at night with no discomfort from the cold! Thank you to the Arrow crew, I highly recommend your work!

They were an amazing team every step of the way, from the inspection and bid process, to support staff, to the guys that did the work. Their prices were fair and reasonable, they always got back to us quickly when we had questions, they showed up on time (almost to the minute) every day, were respectful and friendly while in and around our home, and most importantly they did an outstanding job on the project. We were looking to improve our home's energy efficiency and had Arrow out to have a look at our attic insulation. Josh came to do an estimate and to see what could be done - he did a wonderful job of explaining what he had found. The estimate was done quickly with every part of the job described. The installation team arrived on schedule and quickly and efficiently completed the work in our attic. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely afterwards as well. We would highly recommend Arrow Insulation!

Jose and crew did an outstanding job. The work included installing a rodent barrier under the floor joists in a restricted crawl space. They installed it so tightly that a fly couldn’t get in. They were fast and cleaned up behind themselves.The salesman who set up the job was slow in responding, but he also had more work than I thought he could manage. The office people were somewhat disorganized, but they were friendly and got everything straight in the end.All in all, I recommend Arrow for work well done and priced competitively.

My wife and I were very pleased with Arrow Insulation's work at our house. Jay did a thorough job of inspecting our attic, pointing out things that needed attention. The work crew that came over, headed by Hugo, were very timely, courteous, and professional. The transformation of our large attic space was incredible. I am more than happy with Arrows work from start to finish. The estimator arrived when he scheduled to be at my home. An estimate was followed up with quickly and very detailed.The scheduler was very polite and helpful.On the scheduled day of the work Daniel and Pedro the installers were also very prompt and ready to go to work. Daniel and Pedro did an excellent job and worked very quickly in a less than ideal crawl space.They covered shelving in the area were the crawl entry is so as not to get those items dirty. They completed the job much quicker than I expected and had taken many pictures of the job to show me to see if I was happy with their work before calling the job complete.I was also impressed with how professional ( wearing all the personal protective equipment) and polite Daniel and Pedro were.I would surely recommend this company to others.
