I was extremely satisfied with the service provided from Darcy from my first call to the end of the service which was cleaning my eavestroughs, as well as my mom's. He was courteous, professional, on time, and the quality of his work was exceptional. He also noticed a few issues at each of our properties that we didn't know about and could have caused some serious issues, so I will resolve that shortly. Thanks very much Darcy, and I will be contacting you for the house washing service we discussed for my home in the spring.

Gorilla Property Services did an excellent job power washing my deck, which was quite dirty after years of exposure. Darcy was able to make it look new again. I was impressed with him being on time, compared to other contractors that I have dealt with. While he was here, he did a great job cleaning my windows, as well. Darcy and his team provided window and dryer vent cleaning services for our new build home in Georgetown. We are so happy and impressed with Darcy's work! He arrived on time, cleaned up as he worked inside and outside of the house and was very quick to respond to our questions. We even had to reschedule due to weather and he was flexible with our schedule. He also gave us advice on home maintenance for the future which we appreciated. Highly recommend!

We had a blockage in our rooftop dryer vent. I called Darcy at Gorilla Property Services and he made me feel confident over the phone that he could fix the issue. He was able to fit us in the morning and safely cleaned the vent (and my neighbours) within a few hours. Now, our dryer works much better and we feel safer knowing that the vent is clean.Darcy was amazing to deal with. Prompt, professional and polite and very fairly priced. Darcy is a true professional. He did a fantastic job clearing out the mess in my eaves. I love my beech tree but it sure makes a mess! I am comfortable going onto the roof, but not near the edges 20 feet up. This is a task that should be left to the pros!
