I've moved alot in my life, and honestly, this is the only company that never left me out of the loop, was so organized, missing no paperwork and I was able to reach them at any and all times. Can definitely say best lawyers for real estate I've ever used.

If you want your house to close on your closing date then I highly suggest hiring another law firm. I promise if you hire Jonathan he won’t be able to close your deal on time and the ladies in the office will somehow mess up the paper work. They never answer phones and when they do they have absolutely no updated information. Every time I call to leave a msg it never gets returned. The office doesn’t have one person that is professional and none of them have respect when speaking to me on the phone. It’s sad that I have to call to remind them about my file and I never get a call from the actual lawyer that knows everything. Unfortunately I don’t have an option to rate 0 but to be honest they don’t even deserve a 1.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! They messed up my real estate deal, decreased my down payment without informing me and did not inform me that they advanced the full amount I was approved for even though I did not need the funds. They have neglected to respond back to me I have reached out to the Law Clerk, as well as the office with no response. Also took me forever to have them get back to me about tax arrears owing on the property I purchased. I will not be using this firm ever again for my real estate deals.
