Wish I could rate in negative.. Called to check how to get quotation for repair. Followed the instructions and submit online pictures and details. Did 2-3 call follow ups to get quote on my submitted info. Everytime receptionist said should be today (which never came). Complete waste of time, unprofessional attitude. I think, if they can't keep their words for providing quote, how they could do job well???

Service, workmanship and having to deal with my insurance company was amazing. Paint matched , fit and finish on my older model vehicle was right on.Thanks everyone at CarStar. Highly recommended

What a fantastic experience at Carstar Windsor. Everyone I dealt with while my car was being repaired was incredibly friendly. Dan was knowledgeable and I felt like he truly listened to my concerns and cared about the work they were doing for me. He took the time to explain the process to me and I felt like my car was in good hands. I would absolutely trust them again if I ever need any other work done on my vehicle. It looks brand new, like nothing ever happened to it.

Totally unsatisfied with repair. Went in for stone chips repairs came out a different shade of Colour . Paint on trim & textured plastic . Orange Peel and dirt in the paint. Took it back several times and could not fix the problem. Ended up trading it in . Because of the horrible job. Zero Quality Control .Thanks Dennis!!!*Replying to your Reply! I recently arrived in Windsor from Alberta. My truck was in a rear end accident that destroyed my tow hitch, tailgate, and bumper. I can’t drive with a broken leg and my grandson was driving. So impressed with how Mark and Jenn communicated with me. My truck was delivered home and so beautiful you would never have known how much trauma it had sustained. 3 days after it arrived home a tree fell during hurricane force winds.....on top of my truck and destroyed it. I cried. Mark again and Jenn were shocked to see it back in that condition. I think they cried for me. With some help and sagely advice navigating the insurance issues I am beyond grateful. Bravo Carstar for having the best staff helping me deal with this nightmare.

These People who work at this Auto Body Shop are Amazing and Extremely Good at what they do.Not only did they fix the little bit of damage on the side of our 2021 Dodge Charger, They repaired the damage on Rims and they noticed that two of the tires were damaged,They replaced them with new tires and a 4 wheel alignment.Our Insurance company covered the bill minus the $500 deductible.We didn't know that they fixed it until we picked up the car. They went above and beyond what was quoted and took Great Care of our Car.Thanks Again Guys and keep up the Great Service and Work you Do.

After getting rear-ended, I was given a list of repair shops by my insurance company, and I chose CARSTAR Windsor from that list. When I arrived at the shop to get a quote, the owner came out with a camera and took some photos under my car. After looking at the photos, he deemed my car a total loss without even giving me an accurate quote. During our conversation, he mentioned that the rear bumper beam was crushed in all the way and the hitch had pushed up everything under my spare tire into the trunk. He also mentioned that because my car was older, it would be costly to fix, roughly $3500 with used parts. I requested an email with an accurate quote, but I never received it. I followed up with his office three or four times to get a better understanding of the extent of the damage and the final price, but I was always told that he would reach out to me. Unfortunately, he never did, and when I called back, I was told he was either busy or gone. Regardless of the car's price, the repair shop owner should have taken the time to get back to me as a customer. He could have emailed me the quote at the same time he emailed my insurance and deemed my car a total loss. Instead, I had to assess the extent of the damage myself by going under my car. To my surprise, nothing was wrong with my hitch, and it did not push up the bottom of the trunk. In fact, the beam was broken off, and nothing was crushed in. The repair shop owner's assessment of my car was completely wrong. As a valued customer, I expect to receive accurate information and prompt communication from the repair shop. Unfortunately, that was not the case in this situation.

My experience at CARSTAR Windsor was exceptional! The customer service was exemplary and the quality of their work is outstanding! They honoured the estimate they provided even when they found something additional that needed repair. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Domenic. I would highly recommend CARSTAR Windsor to anyone in need of paint or body repairs.
