OC Transpo has to be one of the worst services in Canada! Expect to be left standing in the cold during the winter as the buses either are late or just don't show up! Buy a car if you are moving to Ottawa!

You need a pass to park here, the only lot where you do. If it's not full of Algonquin students who don't need a pass you can get a spot early morning. Or city workers

Not only is parking here not free in daytime, unlike most other local park and rides, but the turns needed to enter and exit are very high risk.

Ultimate failure of public transport in capital city of canada. Bus didn’t show up and when we call customer service don’t even know. They are taking complaints just to calm down the public no action is being taken. Failure of the authorities and government

It was unclear how to get from the parking lot to the bus station, or vice versa. I parked there to pick up an elderly relative, but they had a long and confusing route to walk in order to find this parking lot, especially in the dark.

OC Transpo - Baseline Park & Ride
The park and ride is not connected to the bus station. There is no snow removal on the sidewalk or the path. The snow mountains are impenetrable.
