1 star to the by law officer raheema who is heartless and doesn’t belong in this position. Rude, condescending and unprofessional when talking to people. Being a d a decent human being should be part of the job and understanding people stories should be a factor when making your decisions. Enjoy your karma, when you could’ve made things easier, you decided not to. Hopefully I our vote can change things.
