The fooood, I rarely gush about a place, but this is the one restaurant that I will always recommend to people. Well there is actually two but the other is in Clearwater. The lady up front who I assume is the owner is always so incredibly nice and the first time I went here for sushi gave me this amazing sauce that wasn't originally part of the dish to try. The second time I went to this restaurant I tried the tonkotsu ramen and that dish is addictive I swear. Every visit since I have gotten the tonkotsu ramen and consistently it has been the highlight of my day. The atmosphere losing a star isn't because of any real fault of theirs just a small location and fairly busy.

Ordered the pad Thai. Definitely not a traditional pad Thai. Not quite sure what it was. It tasted good, but if you are expecting the wide noodle, sautéed peppers, green onion and peanut sauce this is definitely not what you are looking for!

My 10 year old niece and I got stopped at the door and was told take out only today. Then when we we walked by after having Sybway, all of a sudden 2 Caucasian customers were sitting in and dining. Is this because I was Native???

If anyone asks for a fine place to dine-in in BC, I would highly recommend this place without the slightest hesitation. So far, Noodle California is the Michelin of my heart. On top of excellent service, the real star is the food. My choice was Las Vegas Roll.Tempura prawns are fried to crisp, yet leaving the prawns freshly chubby with an instant steamy popping flavor. No other restaurants satisfied me with the perfect texture, but Noodle California made it. The mixture of avocado and cream cheese smears into the rice to blend in perfectly smooth for a creamy velvet sensation. It's sprinkled with salmon and tuna, drizzled with the special house-made sauce, and showered with crunchy crisps begging to be dipped in wasabi soy sauce. The roll is too thick to eat at once, but I practically owned the kingdom once I did.Each menu they offer is honestly everything you can think of, and things you have never dreamed of. I could tell how the chef is truly passionate about every dish he serves. I've tried twelve dishes so far, and every one of them was awe-striking. Special rolls should be recognized as a masterpiece, as it is perfectly balanced with elegant design and flavor to die for. Bon appetite, everyone!

Amazing place to eat. Tucked away in quiet location. Sushi is too notch but my absolute favorite item is the ramen. Seriously, if you live in WL and haven't tried their Ramen...do it now. They painstakingly make their own broth that is crazy delicious!

Great food and we love Naomi. Every roll we had was delicious and the Pho is great on a cold day. The broth was pretty flavourful and toppings are generous.

Absolutely amazing food.Very out going staff .Best restaurant in Williams lake .I highly recommend this restaurant. Try the rainbow roll or the ninja roll.

Would very much love to change our review as they have shown us just what amazing g owners and how passionate for their trade they are. So friendly. Very fresh rolls. Water with cucumber and lemon is refreshing on hot summer days. Will definable recommend and be returning.

Ordered 2 crazy rolls last week and said not spicy. Both have spicy sauce over top and I didn’t realise until I got home. Was quite unpleasant to eat considering I said no to spicy. Other than that experience restrauant is good and I like the crazy rolls.

I order food from Noodle California at least once a week, food is phenomenal, and Naomi treats you like family. If anyone asked for a recommendation for a restaurant I would highly recommend Noodle California over anything else.
