Our home is more than 90 years old and in the 6 years we have owned it, we have had a number of plumbing problems. Early in our search for a reliable plumbing service we were fortunate to find Specialized Plumbing. Yesterday, late afternoon, our water heater sprung a leak so I called Specialized again. Will Blair retuned my call within minutes and offered to come right away or first thing the next morning; I chose the next morning. He and Justin arrived early, confirmed that the water heater needed replacing, and set to work getting the old one out and a new one installed. Amazingly, they were done in just over 2 hours and we will soon have hot water again. The total cost was very reasonable (less than I expected based on others' experiences.)We really appreciate the fast, friendly, and professional services we receive from the team at Specialized Plumbing. We will continue to call on them as our old house's plumbing keeps on showing its age.

Will did the service call was in and out in about an hour, he was exceptional. In my past I’ve had renos done in our rental properties and in our own property. I have to say that in terms of plumbing contractors this company ranks number one by longshot.

Our septic pipe and baffle were clogged, water was backing up through our bathroom shower. Specialized promptly sent out Will and Justin. Both were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them and the rest of the team at Specialized.

The company was good and resolved the issue. This was my experience.First time Technician left thinking he got the clogged charged for carmara use and labour which was all great.I Had issues the following day. Bought my own auger to clean out pipes. I Got the pipes clear and Still had a drain problem. So i Called back to have them take another look.The second visit issue was solved. Would have been 5 star if discounted the second visit for carama use . Thanks
