I have used MNP's services 3 times now and found them to be very helpful and understanding during times when I was undergoing a lot of stress from financial problems. I never once felt uncomfortable dealing with them.

When I approached them a few years ago I explained my situation and they didn't judge and offered a couple options. Anytime I had a question they got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Throughout the years of the proposal and kept me up to date with what and who was being paid off. Highly recommend
