I am so blessed to know Amy and to have had the opportunity to participate in her most recent retreat in Sedona. The retreat surpassed all my expectations. I have made new friends for life. The love and compassion that Amy was able to cultivate in the space was truly remarkable. It is not too far-fetched to say that the experience marked a turning point in my life and gave me the clarity and inspiration that I was seeking. Thank you Amy for all your love and support!!

The Temagami Wilderness Retreat at Cabin Falls with Amy September 2019 was a most memorable experience that far exceeded my expectations.The wisdom shared during our time together provided such an extension to my spiritual growth on life's journey. In her kind and gentle manner,with attention to every last detail, Amy created space for us to openly express ourselves and to be courageous while trying new outlets for creativity.I am grateful for Amy sharing her wealth of gifts with us and privileged to be part of this amazing retreat.On a personal note, what I came away with from Amy's guidance was learning how to check in" with myself and remember to BE in the present moment despite the busy pace of life

I just had the most remarkable online coaching experience with Amy Hogan. I am blown away by how much value I got from our experience together. I have attended Amy’s retreat in the past and trust her expertise extensively. I had been struggling with a dilemma for weeks and knew that I needed an outsider to help me see what I could not see. Amy is such a good listener, so grounded and present. She made me feel supported as she asked the most relevant questions that allowed me to tap in to wisdom that I had within myself. I was connecting dots and understanding where my blocks were and how they were related to past hurts that I thought were resolved. If I got off track in the session, she would always bring it back so there were no loose ends. I now have so much mental clarity and feel physically grounded. I have direction and Amy has co-created a plan with me so I can move forward in alignment with my values and truth. Thank you, Amy!!
