For years I was using makeup on my face and body to cover up all the dark red marks that had developed over a long period of time. I put off getting them removed as I was nervous about doing so. Diana Murphy was wonderful! Not only did she put my mind at ease by telling me how easy the procedure was but she offered to remove just a couple of red spots to show me how easily it was done. The rest is history. I have been there twice since my first visit and it will probably take one more visit before all the red spots are gone. For the first time in years I have gone out without wearing makeup on my face and without combing bangs over my forehead (which used to help cover some of the dark red spots). I can't wait to wear sleeveless tops and scooped neck dresses this summer. It was worth every penny I paid. I should have made an appointment at Pearl Medica years ago.....Oh yes....and while I was there I had some facial hair removed. No more plucking upper lip and chin hairs!!! Woo Hoo! Very happy with my experience and results here! Diana and her colleague (apologies, didn't catch her name) were very knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. I had spider veins removed and the experience was so painless and easy. Definitely recommend and would return. :)

Pearl Medica has made me very happy. No longer am I embarrassed when people look at my spider veins and redness that I had on my face because they are no longer there! Diana Murphy is very thorough in explaining her procedures and what to expect after treatment. She is also very personable and that helps a great deal while having treatments. In January 2023 i learned about Pearl Medica and their plexr treatment and made an appointment to have several skin tags and keratosis removed from my face and neck. Diana worked very hard as one of my keritatosis was quite large... The results are amazing, I am more than pleased. Diana is very professional and makes you feel so comfortable! I highly recommend Pearl Medica and thank you Diana!

If you are even the slightest bit curious about getting any type of treatment book a consult with Diana. Very easy to talk to, explains what is going wrong with your skin and how to fix it. Won't do unnecessary treatments and is a genuinely kind person who cares about getting the right results. Loving my skin now!

Although all the staff were friendly and my treatments were effective - I was treated very rudely by the owner/manager, Diana Murphy. I have never before been treated by a business owner, as I was by Diana.I wanted to warn consumers who may have gift certificates or coupons for this clinic that they will be restricted usage. Diana had printed coupons / gift certificates for promotional usage, which did not indicate limitations or expiry, and when it came time for me to use the ones I had, she denied that I could get their full value. The bigger issue, however, was the lack of care she had for me as a person. Additionally, she did not seem to care or forsee that I would not continue to spend potentially thousands of dollars at her establishment.If you have to deal with the management at this establishment, beware.

I’ve been a client of Diana Murphy’s for several years, first for spider vein treatment and most recently for a small tattoo removal. Diana has always been friendly, professional and efficient. She goes out of her way to make my experience as pleasant (and painless!) as can be.
