This is the worst property management company run by a bunch of low life individuals.Tammy Murray is a terrible property manager. She has no regard for her tenants.I was FORCED to get rid of my AC unit and then told I will be evicted if I try and put one in, BUT I must now spend $300-600 for a portable unit that won't work nearly as well. NO HELP from Tammy - And when asked about it she said MY CONSCIOUS IS FULLY CLEAR DOING THIS TO YOU"Terrible!!!"

This outfit is full of ignorant people. Every person that I had to deal with was ignorant and rude. They definitely don't care about the tenants. If there is an issue with anything no matter how big or small they dance around it. Then they won't respond to you at all. Ignore you and if you do happen to get a hold of anyone they are upset and very rude. The only person that seems to have any decency is the receptionist. The rest are about as bright as a broken light. They lie about most things and they think they are above you. Bill the manager especially. He is a poor excuse for a human being. Just a complete jerk. You are just the ones that pay the rents that keep their sad service going. If these people are the property management company for a building you are looking to move into go somewhere else.

If the way they treat inquiring renters is the same way they treat their tenants, I’d stay far away. It’s not worth renting their overpriced, outdated units for the hassle that’s sure to come with an irresponsible renting company. It’s sad people have to settle with this company. Their units aren’t fit to be priced over $1000 in my opinion. But greedy landlords

They don't care about tenants and they hate tenants actually. Every time if you called them they sad they dont have money to fix things in the apartment. Sheila is very mad and very bad person.There is Bill and so on. They checked my heating and send me invoice to pay. I dont have hat because furnace is broken now also. But they send invoice for paying Stay far a way from briarlane company anywhere. .In summer ypu have waterfall in basement. They dont say to anyone about leaking water in basement. In winter The snow surprised them in January. They did not except snow in January.I want to movebut prices are very high and they want kick you out to increase price of unit.

They don’t even listen to what you have to say. I spoke to Sheila and she dismissed what I was saying to talk over me. We’ve had cockroaches since we’ve moved in a year and they’re JUST starting to fix the problem. We’ve put food grade powder in front of our door that doesn’t affect anyone walking through and they keep vacuuming it up and saying it’s unnecessary even though we see the bugs crawl through our front door from the hallways. Don’t move here unless you’re willing to accept that they won’t listen to you and let you live in a healthy and safe environment.

Tracey Waverley is trying to sabotage this company. Unresponsive and evasive.

Maintenence is done in a very timely manner Freezer conked out late at night and the building manager fixed it so I wouldn't loose anything Can't say enough about the building managers at 520 Wellington Street They go above and beyond Office is also very nice and helpful

Was renting an apartment in London ON CA from a company that sold the property to Briarlane. From the start with them nothing but issues. My old company stated that there were no fees associated with transferring my lease to another person. Only when Briarlane took over is when I found out they charged a fee and would not honour the other companies promise of not charging a fee. MONEY GRAB!!!! I tried to explain my view point but the management team only cared about this administration" fee. No humanity at all. MONEY FOCUSED! Would never rent from a Briarlane property.. if I could rate a lower star I would. I would like to Angelina Raj is useless and straight up disrespectful. This rental company is garbage"

These are slumlords, plain and simple. My bathroom ceiling is a mess from a toilet that leaked FIVE YEARS AGO. All I get is excuse after excuse. Pretty soon I'm going to withhold rent. Avoid at all cost. They hire completely useless superintendents, who do nothing and quit or are fired after a year or so.
