It's my favorite hardware store! Their customer service is great. The seasonal items are amazing, and you have a wide selection of great items to choose from. I can find everything I need during each visit. Their prices are competitive as well.

I just wanted to say thank you to the owner who was so accommodating and understood why I had to return an item I purchased a day ago. My intention is to keep the item unfortunately it was not meeting the needs in my home. I will definitely be more concious of the return policy before buying it to avoid from inconveniencing not just myself but the owner as well.Again, thank you for the consideration. Definitely a great customer service was provided!

Amazing people out there. New management is really customer obsessed. I was looking for a chainsaw and was confused, one of the employee spend almost 15 mins trying to help me purchase the right one. Highly knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended hardware store in the neighborhood !!

Like other Home Hardware stores, Harle Hardware is unique in their selection of items because they want to please their community.Their store is twice the size as it was a few years ago and well stocked with many items.The staff are helpful and friendly!!!

Today was my first time going to this store. I stopped today to buy an air conditioner and two young guys were very kind and gave me excellent customer service... they were patient even though I didn't know anything and answered all my questions. Thank you and I will be visiting again soon

I love this place. It's what a hardware store should be. No. Not just a hardware store but what a business should be. Knowledge staff. Small enough to not get lost in but big enough to have everything you need. I'm thrilled to have this business in my neighborhood.
