Oasis Car Sale has a small office but also provide good customer service. If you need a budget used car, this is a place. We had a car accident and needed a replacement car ASAP, Mr. Khan (the shop owner) was happy to help. After looking at the carfax, having a test drive, we decided to buy the car and are happy with our decision. We would recommend this place to our family and our friends.

The owner Massod Rajshahi of the oasis outdo sales he is clever cheater when ask for to bring 500 $ for test drive and starting deal that is the first level cheating don’t sign any paper if we signed he took that paper against us legeal paper and he starting play threatening us so don’t trust him he cleverly cheat

Don't trust them. They sell cars stating no accident, won't show you carfax. Tried to sell me a white 2019 honda civic sport, when I looked up the VIN they provided it came up as an EX trim. I asked about the trim and he blamed it on carfax saying they always make mistakes. Tried to tell me the car was stolen and that is why the VIN was scratched out. Had a friend send me the carfax report which shows the car had been in an accident about 5 months ago. It was a blue EX trim, they had it rebuilt and are now trying to sell it off as a sport trim.

If I could rate this business a 0 I would. Customer service was ok at first and when it came down to the paperwork a guy named “Mass” (short for Masoud Rahshani is his name) was not willing to write down the service he verbally offered to us because he claims that there is no space on the form? It's not rocket science to make space or even use an extra piece of paper to write down what you verbally offered!!! Like seriously?!? A REAL salesperson would make sure he pleases all the customers. How could we trust that the business and/or salesman would carry out their offer if they don’t write it down?! And I was being really nice and calm asking him to write it down and just because I asked him to write it down he literally started yelling at me and went on about how he’s not obligated to write anything and started raising his voice further and literally told me to get out! The worst part is his unprofessional, dangerous attitude called us names using vulgar words!!! He started to come out of his desk after we left the place and thankfully I was with family otherwise I would not be surprised if he turned out to be VIOLENT! I was so shocked! This is where my family and I decided this was a TERRIBLE place and we are so glad we did not buy a car from them! If a business could get really upset over such a small thing that they promised"

Garbage accident vehicles. Worse customer service. They don’t tell you the truth about the vehicle. Don’t ever buy a vehicle from this place.

SCAM ALERT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Absolutely 0 costumer service.Asked a person name: Masoud Rajshahi few simple questions regarding one of the listed cars.Not only he couldn’t answer and told me to come by spending my time for something I might not even want, but also he found my questions funny:1) Was there any accidents?2) How many owners?3) Is CARFAX available?Not sure where the joke is, but he couldn’t provide non of the above.If the costumer service is this bad, wouldn’t even want to imagine the shady stuff they do with the cars.

Scam, rude and a liar. Carfax show's a $26,000 repair and he says it's nothing major just some dings here and there. lol!

I am really sorry to say this but I was heartbroken with the way this firm dealt with me.I lost my hard earned money by trusting massoudrajshani.I am so sad he didn’t explain the details of financing especially the interest rate eventhough there were many chances to tell us beforehand!!I am a newcomer to Canada and I am so wretched by this customer experience in a country that I trusted so much!!!

These guys sell accidental cars only and dont provide carfax … bai door reho
