Great organization! Have hired a lot of people through their system and they are always pleasant and professional!!

Very Disappointed.Counsellor didn't seem to listen and was hard to get a hold of at times. The only job leads I had been given have been kitchen work (not even good ones, just burger flipping and vegetable chopping), overnight shift work, and heavy physical labour. Since the beginning, I have said I can no longer do this kind of work. I know that what I was looking for was specific and could take time, but they had also repeatedly said that it's a job searcher's market". If that were even remotely true

Excellent service from friendly individuals that offer support for those looking for employment. Had a good experience with learning how to job search effectively and building my repertoire of skills here with Nicole, Emily, and Chris helping me along the way.

Profoundly disappointing. I didn't gain any insight, knowledge or even encouragement. That being said my resume(s) and cover letter(s) are polished, I have experience under my belt, solid references and I use the main career / job sites, so I know HOW, it was more guidance, encouragement and perhaps insider tips or leads that I may not have been aware of. I even expressed interest in taking some courses (which are mentioned on their site) and receiving career guidance to pivot in a new direction. I was told I should be applying to 30 jobs per week which for some may be attainable but for me seems completely unreasonable; it was incredibly discouraging and anxiety inducing. I felt completely deflated by our second appointment. Even worse, my Employment & Career Consultant pretty much ghosted me after the second appointment and when I did reach out again they basically told me I had everything I needed! In the end I found a job in a timely manner on my own. I would suggest for anyone seeking their services :: before you provide any of your personal information, especially your SIN, to ask HOW they can help you and what you can expect. They were especially keen to take all my info right off the bat and I wish I had sought clarification prior.
