I had a virtual follow-up with Nasrine in the past few months and greatly appreciated her services. She was dynamic, kind and very attentive. She listened to my issues and really took the time to consider all areas that affect my nutrition (stress, lifestyle, preferences, etc). I would definitely recommend to book an appointment with her if you’re looking for a dietician! :) Et elle rend les services autant en anglais qu’en français aussi!

I've had 3 sessions with Fayrouz Ibrahim and I have enjoyed this process very much. I am trying to change my body composition and she has been very supportive, she is flexible and always tries to adapt the food changes considering what I normally eat. Plus I've discovered new foods that are tasty and nutricious.Every week we set different yet attainable goals to work on, which keeps me motivated, and she also explains all the reasons behind the suggestions she makes. I had an amazing result in a short period of time!!!!! Fay was extremely helpful and professional. I’m eating healthy and loosing weight and the most important is my pains and inflammations are reduced . I feel more energetic and I’m really enjoying eating for the first time in many years!!!!!!!!

Fay was incredibly helpful. We tried a few different things before we found what works for me. Most important thing is we didn’t talk about a “strict diet” rather set up lifestyle changes that I believe I’ll be able to maintain forever.
