Tim Hortons

I got a tea with milk at 2am. They and Subway are the only two stores open so I give them credit for that.That being said, the midnight shift (sat 22, 2023) was manned by a Cantonese speaking aunty who was remarkably unpleasant and unfriendly - to the point that she actively discourages you from ordering. After finishing my tea, I wanted to order a second tea, but after being berated by her while ordering, I decided that Tim Norton does not deserve my money. She seemed quite happy with that outcome

Time Hortons is a great place to stop for coffee and a bite to eat. Their coffee is of a very good taste and the bakery items are delicious. The variety of breakfast and lunch choices make it easy to find something you'll love. I highly recommend Time Hortons for anyone looking for a good cup of coffee and a satisfying meal before boarding the plan

Horrible unfriendly staff, she’s not accommodating and rude when taking orders, shes on the rush and can’t explain nicely to the customer that there’s no grilled sandwiches. Bagel was too hard to eat. Just waste of time and money.

Happy to see them open despite the pandemic and extremely slow essential flight traffic relative to normal. I believe they are still 24/7 (I went around 1 PM) and the service at my visit today was quick and painless. Staff were friendly and fast with minimal line up. The display case was stocked and lots of great options. Happy to see as usually when a location has slowed down they have minimal items on display/available.

Horrible experience. Ordered a black iced coffee with a shot of espresso. Confirmed if it had a shot of espresso in it as it was made. Brown guy with the earring smiled and said yes, knowingly not having put the espresso as it takes a while to make and the location was busy. My veggie bagel with cream cheese ended up being just a cream cheese bagel. Ended up paying for a bunch of stuff that was omitted. Very unprofessional employee.

The Chinese girl working there was literally killing time on job and behaving rudely to the customers. Expecting a smile is far atleast u should give the food in a sensible way she literally pushed the drinks and throwed the food. Did not followed instructions on food and pushed food rudely when handing over. Quit and find some other job if u cant take it or be generous to ur customers. Exactly the other people wrote about that lady in reviews.

Rude staff. Lady was impatient because there was 30 plus air Canada employees trying to order on their break. Didn’t get my order close to correct and was told to wait again through the line to get it fixed. Complete joke and waste of money

The French Vanilla almost always taste bad and it is more of a water in there, I don’t think they keep a good level of quality here, it is such a prime location that everyone from the world would taste the first TIM of their life here. I would suggest that the quality should never be compromised, please give us good food and beverages. Thanks.

Horrible, I wish I could give 0 stars . I ordered sesame bagel and coffee . Coffee came out quickly but there is spill everywhere, and bagel is a mess . They told me to not to throw anything in the bin inside the kitchen, which is understandable, but I wouldn’t have to be the one cleaning to begin with .. I know it’s busy during the morning time, but this is unacceptable
