Flat pop given to us for an order that was almost $40. Second time I had to ask for different drinks, and when I confronted the worker about it today (which he looked new? Idk) he was rude about exchanging my drinks. Not returning to this location!

If you've ever eaten at a taco bell you know it has better options on the menu but also that both Time and Bell use the cheapest meat selection possible. Compared to fresh ground beef or other meat (pork is great, chicken, turkey etc) cooked at home these guys don't stand a chance.Specifically for this location the food is tasty as expected but the atmosphere is where it truly lacks. It's very dull, empty and quiet. The employees barely speak to you as if they have no life outside the building and aren't really interested in greeting you or talking to you with energy and enthusiasm. As someone who's worked fast food, customer service and grew and expanded on those skills in other paths I've found those to be highly desirable traits.

Went there today, ordered and the Asian dude automatically charged me for a bag. I asked him I don't need a bag and he sarcastically said, what are you going to do

Major disappointment! Had not been to a Taco Time in years and now I remember why. Barely any meat in the so called Super Beef Burrito (see picture below). Upgraded one to a large and it was still mostly lettuce. The kids burrito had just as much meat for $4 less and you get the same size Mexi-Fry. Don’t waste your money. Go to SubWay next door.

Not overly impressed. Way too high a price for what we got, and because the lady at the till was not interested in listening to the order she screwed up and tried to charge more. Her cellphone was more important than doing her job. Wish this could have been a more positive experience. Thankful I had good company to make the meal better.

Don't go to this location they serve the tacos cold, they won't answer the phone ever. Rude service and they just generally don't care about the customer. Go to the one in st. Albert or any other location really!

This location has now implemented charging extra funds beyond one packet per item. The service was already mediocre so my expectations were low for this location but this was the last straw. I understand that it’s in the owner/management best interests to reduce operating costs to increase profits but charging extra for condiments is reflective of the priorities of this business that don’t appear to include excelling at any sort of customer service or encouraging patronage. Staff are not particularly friendly and seem more interested in mundane support tasks rather than customer service. Expecting accuracy at the drive in window feels like gambling with multiple errors almost every single visit prompting me to dine in instead. A mere extra 50¢ per packet ensures the permanent loss of my patronage. Food was good and as expected. Establishment was relatively clean, a shame about the other issues.

I'm a big fan of Taco Time, so I've been to a lot of locations, and this one is the absolute best! They never skimp on fillings, which can be a huge problem at other locations. The burritos here are always, fat, full, and delicious.The drive-thru can be a little slow sometimes, but I think it might be due to the care they put into your order. I have never got the wrong order from this location, and I go almost every day.The staff isn't overly friendly, but they're certainly not rude. The young Asian guy seems like he is working all the time, and he is quiet, but always friendly, and energetic, and always gives the correct sauces that I ask for.I am recovering from cancer, so I can't always cook for myself, and eat out a lot, and before I used to sample various fast food places, but now I pretty much always go here since I get such great value for my money, the food is always consistent, delicious, hot, and fresh.Lol, I know I probably sound like a shill, but I have just been so frustrated with places like McDonald's, and KFC, where the quality, and the portions are constantly going down, and prices going up, and then you're lucky if you get fresh food, and the correct order. I'm always worried that this Taco Time will start to cheap out, but in the 6 months I've been going, it's pretty much the same experience every time, and it's a great one.

Our favourite new place for tacos and burritos! This is the first time my husband and I ever visited Taco Time ever. It was a wonderful experience at this location. Not only the food was fresh and made to order but was very delicious. We dined-in for lunch and was craving it the same night so we used drive-thru and the same staff member served us again. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Drive-thru was fast enough knowing that they make to order. There is something wrong when fast food is too fast (meaning made a while ago- how long ago? no one knows?). I prefer restaurants make the food I order when I order it as I'm assured that it's definitely fresh.The staff was friendly and made our burritos with care. We were lucky to go on a Thursday as they have the deal with burritos that day of the week. We were sure enough to find out they have a deal for Taco Tuesdays.No more greasy burger and fries for us, its burritos and tacos this time forward. Keep up the great work and if its continues to be the same great quality with every visit we will see you soon again and again!

Don’t do the drive through!! Always missing items from order. Try to give them the benefit of the doubt that’s it’s a one off, But I this is the 3 rd time in a row. Once a burrito and twice the Mexican fries from combos and the way they pack the bags you have difficult time checking. I shouldn’t have to validate all my paid items are there as my part of transaction is the ordering and payment. Their part (and what they are Paid to do) is the prep and packaging!! Will take my business to another location
